As soon as we walked in we were sat and taken care of. They are so nice there and friendly. The pedicure had a massage chair and she made sure to adjust the water for me even though I was scared to say it was too hot LOL! they give you a 10 minute foot massage after the clean up of the toes (which was nice and thorough) and they do a nice scrub as well. I was honestly shocked at how good my toes came out and to be honest the entire pedicure was pretty quick as well. When it came to my nails she took her time, and made sure that anything I wanted I got. I asked her for a different nude and for the French to be thin and that's exactly what she did!! For my friends nails he made the shape nice and evened out and made sure she was happy with the polish she picked. We made our appointment for 2:30 and we left around 4 4:30 ish. I used to come a lot in high school but the price is absolutely outrageous I started with a pedicure and showed a picture of the neutral color I wanted, but she used pink instead. She never once asked if I liked the color while painting my nails, because if she had, I would have told her it wasn't what I asked for. The pedicure itself was fine, so I let it go. Then came the dip manicure, and unfortunately it was even worse. My nails were cut slanted, uneven, and different lengths. I showed her a picture twice of the simple French manicure I wanted--a neutral nude/beige-brown opaque base with a thin French tip. Instead, she used a completely different pink shade that was so sheer you could see my natural nail underneath. Usually they will do dip and then the gel over top to get you exactly what you're asking for... I genuinely wish she had just told me she couldn't do the design instead of continuing with something completely different from the picture I showed her. I even asked for chrome to try to cover the visible nail line, and you can STILL see it underneath--and then I was told the chrome would be another $15. I paid $165 and the quality was nowhere near what I would expect for that price. Between the uneven shape, sheer base, visible natural nails, and colors being completely different from what I requested, I am extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

No issue with that, but I even showed a photo of what I wanted, and didn't feel like my end product was really matching what I wanted (other than it being French tipped.) I wanted my nails a little longer, and I felt the French tips he did were a lot thicker than I wanted, and were kinda hap-hazard and crooked. (See photo of both my index fingers, the French tips don't match) I couldn't see them while he was working on them, so it was hard to really see how they looked until they were done, which is why I didn't have the opportunity to say anything about it all. I also felt like when he was finishing them, he buffed out the bottom so part of my natural nail was already showing. Because of this, they looked really grown out after only one week. Overall just wasn't the quality I wanted.

This never happens when I get manicures at my usual salon, especially well before the 2 week mark. I expect a properly done gel manicure to last 2 weeks. 6 days is just not acceptable for that service and now it looks awful. My sister came with me and also got a gel mani with another service provider and hers is actually now worse than mine. It's completely peeled off about 50% of the nails and needs to be removed or re-done. I unfortunately won't be back and I know my sister won't either. Disappointing.

My mom and I have easily been visiting Veronica for 17 years. She is so sweet and does amazing art work. Her, and the other nail technicians all do their artwork by hand, and they all are super creative. Veronica can, and will paint anything you want on your nails. If you bring in a photo of something you may want she can easily replicate it. She is always finding new ways to make your nails stand out. Both myself and my mother get complements on our nails each and every time we get them done. The Perfect 10 is very clean and they know the right ways to apply nails so that they do not hurt you or give you infections. Their prices are very good, and on the lower side compared to other similar nail salons. They don't charge extra for nail art so you can do anything you want on ANY amount of nails you would like for NO additional charge! I recommend trying your hardest to get an appointment with any of the three ladies here. You will NOT regret it!
