Before my most recent appointment, I received a call letting me know I'd be seeing a different technician instead. I decided to keep the appointment and had my fill done by Stephanie. The appointment took about an hour and a half longer than my usual fills, despite being a relatively simple design. I was also charged significantly more than expected for the nail art and was charged for a large fill even though my nails were medium. At checkout, I paid because I just wanted to leave, but I later realized the charges weren't right. About 7 days later, one nail had completely come off and nearly all of the others were lifting. I called the salon to have them repaired. After consulting with another technician, Ester, we agreed that removing the set was the best option. Ester was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic. Unfortunately, my interaction with the owner was much less positive. While Ester was explaining the situation, the owner interrupted multiple times to say the nails had been on for "two weeks," despite it only being 10 days (by the time of my fix-it appointment). I also brought up being charged for the incorrect fill size, but was told nothing could be done about that. Although she did agree to let me do the removal free of charge, I still felt bulldozed by the owner in the interaction, and it didn't make up the cost of my previous service. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to listen and address the concerns. While I truly appreciated Ester's professionalism and kindness, the overall handling of the situation left me with a poor impression of the salon's customer service. Update to my original review:…read more I was contacted directly by both the General Manager and the Owner after my original review, and I really appreciate how they handled the situation. They rearranged the schedule to fit me in at 4 PM today and were even able to squeeze in a pedicure. They couldn't fit in the manicure as well, but honestly, that's completely understandable considering they were already going out of their way to accommodate me. More importantly, they acknowledged my complaints instead of brushing them off and did everything they could to make things right. I'm more than grateful for the follow-up and the effort they put into turning around my experience. To me, taking customer feedback seriously and actually using it to improve the business is what keeps customers coming back. I'm still not a fan of the AI assistant, and I hope that's something they continue to work on. I know changes like that won't happen overnight, but hopefully with enough customer feedback, improvements will come. Overall, I really appreciate how the General Manager and Owner responded and handled the situation. They definitely turned what started as a frustrating experience into a much more positive one, and that deserves to be acknowledged too.

See what it was all about and it did not disappoint. I've been looking for a really good barber to do fade and fade my beard and so forth and I wanted to try this place out. Mateo was my barber. I hope I'm spelling that right. He was great. I was able to show him pictures of what my sister-in-law does from California who is a barber and he was able to do exactly what I wanted. I thought it was really cool that you get a complementary drink too. It's a very cool vibe. Very chill good music playing. Really nice big shop. It can be a little bit on the pricier side but if you do a monthly and wanna get your haircut / beard trim a couple times a month then it's worth it. I can't remember the Manager's name, but he explained everything to me and showed me all the different options and it is very cool. You can earn credits that roll over as well to use for different options they have as well. It's best to go in and see what they have to offer and see the shop. Very nice . I will be back

This time, I specifically requested a female nail technician because the male technicians I've had here in the past have been extremely rough--one even cut me. A coworker of mine has had a similar experience here, so I made a point of requesting a woman, hoping I would have a better experience. Unfortunately, I was given Lily, and today's experience was just as bad. I have been getting pedicures for over 25 years. I know what a good pedicure feels like, and I know when someone is being unnecessarily rough. Throughout the entire service, Lily was constantly grabbing, repositioning, and forcefully moving my foot every 30 seconds. I have NEVER experienced anything like it during a pedicure. It felt like I was being manhandled rather than receiving a relaxing $65 service. I specifically asked for my toenails to be cut VERY short and for the ingrown areas to be carefully cleaned out. Instead, Lily CUT MY FOOT. Then, to top it all off, the gel polish application looks terrible. The polish is pushed all the way down into my cuticles, and the edges are jagged and sloppy. For $65, I expect someone to be able to apply gel polish cleanly and professionally without injuring me in the process. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing--not an experience where you're being jerked around by your feet, cut, and then sent home with sloppy polish. I have genuinely tried to give this place multiple chances because the location is so convenient, but convenience is not worth paying $65 to be manhandled, injured, and leave unhappy with the quality of the work. Unfortunately, after this experience with Lily, I will not be returning.
