I went in for a pedicure (with an appointment) and didn't have to wait at all. My nail tech was friendly and professional. I was impressed that they offered drinks and they even gave everyone a long stem rose since it was Mother's Day weekend--these are the kind of nice touches that set places a part from the rest.
