I previously went to a different nail salon and wasn't happy with those but came to Infinity and she fixed them perfectly and they came out exactly as I pictured. I got cat eye gel which was an extra $10 upcharge. Granted we have never been here before so we didn't know what to expect. For $60. We opted for the Signature pedicure which included callus removal, sugar scrub, a spearmint mask on our legs, a paraffin wax for our feet, hot rock massage, and hot towels followed by another leg/foot massage. Infinity Nail Spa is the best nail salon in Reno! I called a few days before and was able to get an appointment for two pedicures at 5:30 pm on Friday. We ended up arriving half an hour early and they were still able to accommodate us despite being pretty busy. The customer service is top-notch and the nail techs are all very friendly. A deluxe pedicure (the second cheapest option) is $46 and if you want OPI Infinite Shine, there is an extra $3 charge. The deluxe pedicure includes callus removal and a very nice leg/foot massage. While they do take walk-ins, the two times I have been there, they have been pretty busy so I would recommend making an appointment. Went in with my family on 3/20 for manicures and pedicures. All basic with nothing other than polish for both. Our pedicures were great but I was thoroughly disappointed in my manicure. The nail tech didn't even clean or trim my cuticles, nor did she file my nails after trimming them. They were left snagging everything so I had to file them once at home which ruined the integrity of my polish. I tried saying something before I left but the language barrier left her to shoulder shrug at my request. I know others are happy with this salon so maybe I just got the wrong tech. I don't plan to return. We spent close to $400 for the 3 of us and I could have done a better job myself, but was hoping to be pampered. read more

Call ahead and make an appointment!!!! These ladies are busy and for good reason, they do an incredible job at a more than fair price. Relaxing music is played throughout and there are large TVs on mute, but with subtitles for other distraction/entertainment. All the pedicure massage chairs are brand new. This place is spotless with an array of products and colors. Cat did my pedi and took great care of my toes that were suffering from a previous gel pedicure. She was honest and told me to give my toes a break before putting gel back on. I took her advice and my feet feel rejuvenated. Mimi did my nails and I should have taken a before pic. My nails were short... I am a terrible biter, bad habits ‍ she put tips on and gave me the almond shape with French perfectly. I have gone other places and the moon shape was always off or messy or crooked. She guaranteed that I would not see where my old nail ended and the tips began. She was right and I am thrilled. This was my first time here. I walked in on a busy Sunday looking to get a pedicure and they were able to see me right away. My nail tech Norah, was sweet and gentle. They let me get settled in before handing me the menu to pick the type of pedicure package I wanted. I went with the deluxe. Norah took her time was very thorough. The gel pedicure turned out so well, I got peach color that looked exactly like I what I had in mind. My daughter and I went here for pedicures. The pedicure prices were pretty standard, but thought it was odd they charge $3 additional for 'name brand' polish, like OPI. Every time I've been there the staff is all incredibly friendly and they do a fantastic job. There was an elderly lady also getting a pedi and she was chatting on and on to anyone who would engage. Working on the "south" side of town has been fun in turns of exploring local businesses in an area of which I did not frequent previously. I wanted to go to an actual nail salon, as I usually frequent beauty schools for extra pampering. I found Infinity Nail Spa and saw the great reviews to give them a shot. I walked in on a Thursday with an appointment after work, and it was pretty slammed. The girl asked what I was there for, and I let her know a pedicure. She didn't seem overly friendly but I went along with. I was guided to the back and instructed to pick a color. I did love the shelving of what felt like hundreds of shades even within the same color. I settled upon a sparkly purple. I was aided by the nail tech that greeted me. Not super chatty but after warming up and engaging the conversation became enjoyable. I was looking for a nice relaxing pedi, it felt moreso efficient but I was pleased with the nail job that was done. The environment is clean, spacious and beautiful.
