NEVER go here!!! I did my own pedicure for 10 years because I know what I like. I decided to treat myself this once and get a style I don't normally do so I visited Nailsense. During the trip, the tech sneezed into her hand and then grabbed my hand to keep working. It was only when I pulled away that she apologized and sanitized her hand and mine. The station was disgusting. She swiped away the countertop with her hand rather than put any sanitary cloth down. The desktop was full of debris. If I had not already gotten a pedicure, I would have cancelled for certain. Speaking of my pedi - I ended up with a nasty infection on the nails of both fee and tomorrow I will have my third trip to the doctor. As for my hands, I cut the full set short after the technician dropped the nail file and picked it up from the disgusting floor and continued to file without saying a word. Yuck! This place should be shut down. My toe nails have not recovered from this place!!! read more

So I am pretty picky about my nails and eyebrows. After going to many places, they either charge too much, mess up the design, and jack up my eyebrows to the point where at times you want to give up. Luckily, I have been going to this place since way back when. It was nine-years, however I ended up coming back due to Andy and Brian's loyalty and they remembered me after leaving back in 2010. They even used to have the powered dip with different colors before. Now I continuously go back since my nails last a good 3 weeks before returning. I also love the fact that I come in and Andy takes his time to perfect the design I bring off of Instagram. If you go elsewhere literally an additional cost to it. I can even get 50 million colors, designs, and some bling, you pay a good $40 for a gel fill. As for my eyebrows, he also takes the time to fix it to the shape of your face. This is in response to NICCI G and her response from 5 Days Ago. First, NICCI G. That is not at all what happened they were not rude to you. I was sitting right there at the pedicure chair when you walked in you wanted Lee, Brian said she was on vacation and asked if you wanted someone else at that point you pointed to Donna and then Brian said ok 4:30 with Donna. You said that was fine, but you might be back a little earlier. Brian said that was ok, but he will still hold your spot at 4:30pm. After that, you came back and at this time I was now sitting under the dryer, drying my toes and nails and it was 3:30pm. That is far sooner THAN 4:30pm... a little earlier would be 4:10 or 4:15. So, you sat there until 3:45pm and then ABRUPTLY said to Andy, well, I guess I will just come back another day. I looked over at you and then Andy and after you walked out, I said wasn't that the woman that wanted the 4:30 appointment, Andy said yes. So, NICCI G, it is sad that you were having a bad day, but there is no reason to take it out on these guys. They were doing their job waiting on customers who actually booked their appointments in advance and came in for their designated time of appointment. So stop leaving bad reviews because you were having a bad day! Just to let everyone know our her on YELP; Brian, Andy, Donna, Lee, and Ann are all AMAZING and work very hard to accommodate their customers. Been going here since 2010!!! read more

If there is one tip I could give, it would be to avoid the older lady. She will stick out to you as being much older than everyone else working there. I've gone here for a mani/pedi several times. All the times I did not get this nail tech was great. I have to give 3 stars (and that's being generous) because of this single nail tech. She is extremely rude and very mean. She will push/throw (literally!) your hand away when she's done with one. If that hand somehow creeps back up on the towel, she will push it away. She will yell at you because your hands/fingers positioned the way she wants it. No, she will not even ask nicely. She will yell at you for requesting something she can't do and try to convince you what you want isn't possible. Again, all of this is a very rude manner. She will huff and puff loudly in frustration throughout your service. It was like this every time. I wish I was kidding but I am not. And trust me when I say I'm a very low key customer. I don't usually request a specific nail tech and don't have the heart to deny her when I get her. I know that's my fault which is why I'm telling you all to avoid her if possible. If you get anyone else, I feel confident you will like what you get. I've had service by three other nail techs who were all very nice and did a great job. Good luck. read more

This is the best mani/pedi I have ever had! They take walk-ins here. Today, I walked in around 10 am and was greeted right away by Andy. He's super friendly and listens to what you want. He shows so much care and detail in his work. He is very detailed in even the simplest of designs. Today, I got the French tip acrylic set and a pedicure with a simple paint job. Because of Andy's attention to detail, this was the highest quality of mani/pedi I have ever received. The chairs for the pedicure and super comfy. If i could rate this nail salon zero stars I would. It's horrible place! I heard great things from family members so I went in and i am traumatized. The lady that did my nails cut her finger and got blood all over my nails & continued to put my acrylics on with HER blood all over them. Extremely unsanitary. After she put my nails on I was hoping she'd do a good job doing everything else but no! I asked for gel and she didn't even put the gel coat on my nails then after she got done the paint job was horrible. There's air bubbles all over them and you can see the streaks on my nails. I had a horrible experience. They only asked me what I wanted repeatedly. I had to keep explaining what I wanted over 5 times. Two people came to do my nails. One of them shoved my hand away. Said no not that one and another person filed my skin till it cut my skin. Then she asked like she cared and poured alcohol on it. And mocked me when it burned me. I had to leave they were so rude. This place provides so much attention to what your needs are. Ive always been picky about my pedicures and have managed to always stay between this salon and another. Never again will i head somewhere unknown, I've had my share of that. I can't comment too much on acrylic sets considering i've only has one set done here but even then i left the place extremely happy that one time i had them done. I have friends regularly get their nails done here and they are always happy with what they get as well. It's a little small but they make it work. Brian (i think) he sits at the back of the salon and his work is amazing! he pays attention to detail and doesn't get an attitude or upset when u request a specific shape or likely to how ur nails are done (i love almond shaped nails and have a tough time finding someone to get a nice curve and smooth pointed tip) i paid 31 for an acrylic fill with gel polish and i'm satisfied with that to give him a nice tip. My daughter and son bought their Dad a pedicure for Father's Day this past year. Last weekend was the first time he was able to use it. A lady worked on my husband's feet. The experience was alright for him, but the next day my husband complained that his feet were killing him. When he got home and took his shoes off, his toes were bleeding!!!!! Apparently they over did it when they pushed back the cuticles. His feet bled for 3 days!!!!!!!! This was supposed to be a pleasant experience, but never again will he ever get a pedicure. My daughter felt so bad that she went to talk to the manager about what had happened and even showed pictures of his feet that were bleeding on her cell phone. All they could say was they were sorry. Obviously they don't care about whether they have our business or not. I was expecting them to at least give us a free pedicure or maybe a discount for the next time. At least that is what most good reputable businesses would do to keep a customer. We will never go back there again and we will let all of our friends know that they are an awful place to get nails done, especially for the first time. read more
