Well this sucks! I decided to try a new place and it backfired. Had a 9am appt and the technician got stuck in traffic and didn't make it and she said everyone else was booked. Suggestion: leave your home early enough and plan for traffic! That's professionalism!Not a good first impression. Hopefully the nail place across from them saves my day! read more

I'm looking for someone as my nail person went on vocation. I called in and telling the girl over the phone what am I looking for to get done. Inglown nail on the side of my toe nail bothering me. I firm with her if someone who would be able to taking care of it. The girl who done my nails is probably new. She doesn't know what she's doing. I left there feeling dirty still. I wouldn't be upset if they're telling me over the phone that they don't have anyone who knows how to do it. read more

This was my first time going to a nail salon that has the licenses of each nail tech posted on the wall. (Probably because this was my first time going to a salon in which every nail tech is licensed). They took their time and did an amazing job. Their prices are very fair compared to other places, but their quality of work is 20x better. I've definitely found my new go-to nail salon. read more

I had a stressful weekend at work and I was looking forward to getting myself pampered. I'm on my feet all day at work for long hours so I decided to treat myself to the Gardenia pedicure which included a 10 minute foot massage. I did not get any relief at all during the massage, I'm not asking for a lot since I know it's only 10 minutes - but it was the lightest massage with no pressure and in my past experiences of getting a massage during a pedicure, the manicurist will use a timer to make sure I'm getting the full 10 minutes. The woman who did my pedicure didn't so I don't know how she was keeping track of the time, but to me it didn't feel like 10 minutes, especially since it didn't feel like a massage at all. I made the mistake of telling the owner when I came in that I wanted a manicure and pedicure, so when the manicurist explained to me what the difference was between hard gel and gel x and I told her I had changed my mind and wanted gel x - I guess the manicurist didn't hear me and therefore they had another appointment after my pedicure and couldn't accommodate me. Since my manicurist told me she could give me a manicure, I decided to stay and get it done. Towards the end, my manicurist didn't know how to use the magnet to do cat eye nails so Koren had to take over but my nails did end up coming out cute, I'm disappointed I couldn't get gel x but I take 100% responsibility for that. I came in on Mimosa Monday which seemed like something they take pride in promoting, but I was not offered one the entire time I was there. They also lack options for cat eye colors but the owner did say that she put it in order for some so that sounds great for future customers. I know this is a newer business and I was happy to support a Latina woman owned business, but as for me - I wasn't impressed with my experience. I gave an extra star for Koren for going out of her way to take over to make sure I got my cat eye nail design. read more

We wanted to get our nails done before we went on vacation. I had waited too long and felt more comfortable making an appointment somewhere rather than taking our chances on a walk-in. I noticed this new nail salon pretty close to my house. I left a message on Yelp and the owner got back to me within 24 hours. She was able to fit the two of us in the following evening. Paula did my pedi today and she was amazing! Best pedi EVER super gentle and did everything exactly how I had hoped. The atmosphere was very lovely and welcoming. Super clean and made me feel at ease because I'm always hesitant about getting pedicures due to hygiene. They have newer pedi jet technology that provides no cross contamination and seeing that definitely made me feel better. The prices are very reasonable and even if the prices were higher, the service they provide makes it worth it. The pedi was around $35 plus gel polish is an additional $15! Thank you! read more

I went to nailsthetic spa after having a bad experience at a different salon and and it was easily the best one I have been to. The place was gorgeous and the ladies there were so kind, accommodating, and reassuring. They assessed the damage on my nails and offered to fix them at a low price. The technician even stayed an hour after closing to take off the layers of product poorly applied by the previous salon and to make sure i left with a color and end result that i loved. She also talked up some of the other technicians and talked about the girls who specialize in doing designs and using airbrush, which i usually feel afraid to ask for at other salons out of uncertainty about the end result. My best friend and i both agreed this will be our new go to salon for our manicures and pedicures and are so excited to go back and feel confident we will leave happy with what we paid for. I am so happy I stumbled across this Latina owned and run salon! read more
