I came here for a pedicure for the first time a few months ago and loved it. I've been back a few times because they did such a good job on my pedicures. They're very relaxing and they don't rush through it. So I figured I would get my manicure here too (previously always gone to the same nail tech at a different place.) I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. The picture I showed the lady was a set of grey nails with one black white and grey marbled nail. She said it was dip so I picked out a grey dip. I cannot lie, I watched Netflix the entire time so I wasn't paying attention, but I didn't think I had to considering I showed a picture of what I wanted. Welp, pretty disappointed with my results and I didn't want to waste more time by having them fix it, nor did I trust them to fix it. I would definitely recommend getting pedicures here, manicures not so much. read more

ame here with a friend. It was both our first time. Pedicure- got their honey milk pedicure solely because I wanted the callus remover for my heels. Never. Even. Did. It. I'm not even sure I got a massage because the quality of it was like getting touched by a feather. Felt nothing. Also, before I could tell them what color I wanted on my toes, they picked a color and just went with it. Dip- shape is not only not what I wanted but every nail is a different shape! Didn't cut or file my nails. And never have I ever seen someone put what I believe to be clear shellac rover top my dip. Also, they grinder them so thing that I can see light through the top part of the nail that wasn't cut down. After less than 24hrs the shellac's they put on as a top coat is peeling off showing the groove from their grinder. Spoke to two people at the salon, refuse to give me a refund for such a horrible job. Only for them to fix it. Why would I waste my time going back for you to possibly make it worse? read more

Lady that did my nails I believe was shayla, everything was going great until I noticed 3 of my 5 nails were longer than the others, I asked for them to be shorten and she told me that if she did it won't be even when I close my hands and it would look off, I asked my friend next to me if they were longer than my index and thumb and she noticed that my nails were visibly longer than the others and told the stylist as well, we went back and forth a bit and finally shortened my nails but after that she became VERY ROUGH, she would file the sides and push down hard were it would irritate the sides of my skin touching my nail, and would use the pink buffer on my SKIN!! I said ouch and pulled my hand back 2 TIMES! And she still proceeded to hurt me. I've never been treated in this manor for asking my nails to be shortened as well as being scraped and cut purposely for a disagreement. I'm truly hurt and appalled by what the manager said when I spoke to her so this is why I am writing a review to warn fellow new customers to this establishment. I never ever put a review , but I left the salon pretty upset after paying 107$ for service that was not it. I payed for pedicure service that was suppose to last 45mins and only lasted 25mins because they left to attend someone else . The man who did my nails was really nice but the work was awful . I had an inspo pic which I know I does not have to be identical but it was just completely off . The French tip are all un even on each finger nails , didn't bother to clean up my nails and it's just simply awful . I went in the salon with only 1 customer and me . Unfortunately today well before closing I entered to get my two daughters nails done and after being told sure this could be done and given the colors we were sadly turned away because the techs wanted to leave early my daughters were so disappointed! Which angered me that much more. Each time I've come to the salon I've tipped generously, and spent over $100, I cant help but wonder if I were a white customer If I would have been turned away. First of all , I didn't want to bash them but , my boyfriend and I came in yesterday to get our nails and feet done . Everything was going fine until one of the worker finished my feet and got Up . While waiting outside near where the Petco is, some Indian/Middle Eastern guy in a hoodie rudely, loudly and aggressively lunged at her and screamed "How much?!!!! Ha Ha Ha!!!!!" Came in for two pedicures with my cousin who was visiting from Dallas and to my surprise the place had a totally different name, management , and ambiance! I love it!!!! We were welcomed by a few people when entering. Greeting the customer is a big deal to me! Kudos! After selecting our colors, it took no time to get in a chair. My nail tech was Jackie and my cousin had Emily. They both were pleasant and did a great job! I haven't been at this location in a year and everyone was very nice and the service was exceptional! They even have a 20% off all services going on right now for their grand opening. If you're in the area tomorrow they will be having their official grand opening from 11Am-6PM and the first 150 customers get a free mani or pedi! I'm coming back for my mani tomorrow!! Would not go back. Not the most sanitary place: -Did not use the bags -Did not do a good job cleaning the tubs Not the best experience overall: -Did not do a good job on me or my husband's mani/pedi. I still had cuticle, loose skin, had to tell them to go back and paint the corner and edge of my nail. I mean, who leaves your nail visibly unpainted?! So bad even my husband (who rarely gets manis or pedis and is pretty forgiving) said he wouldn't go back. -Didn't offer us anything to drink. As soon as my friend and I arrived to get pedicures (at 6:50pm), the cashier told me and my friend that they were closed. I asked how were they closed if their sign says open until 7:30pm, and the cashier hesitated slightly before advising, "oh, its just we have a meeting today". I like this place because of the convenience of the location but 3 strikes you're out. 1.) Went in to get a fill and they ended up doing a complete new set and charging me for it. I thought maybe just a one off and nothing was wrong with the set I was wearing. 2.) I received a pedicure (organic orange one) and my cuticles on my feet were so cut up! Getting the rest of the pedicure was pretty painful. The scab is now just coming off. 3.) Yesterday, went in to get a fill again and was charged for a full set. Lady didn't talk to me at all except getting my color choice (which was wrong. I showed her the number and silver glitter and she brought out a nude color) and what service I wanted. Proceeded to cut off all of my nails and start over. I told her this wasn't the color I had asked for, shrugged and continued. The nails look awful as well.
