This is not a spa, this is a converted hotel room right near the pool. On a Saturday afternoon, my massage sounded like I was laying inside of a playground. I could hear kids screaming, people talking in the hallway, and the dj playing remixes of party songs. I can't believe anyone thought this would be a good placement for the "spa" and they should warn potential customers that it is not a spa. The massage was okay, but if I had known I'd be listening to kids screaming I would have definitely skipped it. Oh also, I've never had a massage where I worried the massage table would break beneath me.... This one was squeaking so loudly I did worry. read more

Mai and Isiah were highly professional and did a great job listening to me and my body. My husband fell asleep about ten minutes into the massage and says he has not fallen into that deep sleep in a long time. We will be sure to come back to Naio Bliss every time we stay at the Prince Waikiki. Thank you again, Mai and Isiah! You both rock! It differs from the usual spa with saunas, foot baths, etc. But for the space that they were probably given, they make the most of it, and you forget that you are in a hotel during your massage. The hub and I got a really great couple massage by Jessica and another masseuse that I'm forgetting the name of! I explained some pain that I was having on my left side. I had originally scheduled both of us for a lomi lomi massage. Jessica suggested that she will do a combination of lomi lomi and swedish massage to help get the knot out of my shoulders. Both of us felt so relaxed after our massages! Probably one of the best I've ever gotten. My only con for this place would be that it's not a full spa with sauna, jacuzzi, waiting room, etc. They seem to have transformed a hotel room into a massage suite. Something for Prince Waikiki to work on for the future! read more

Isaiah was very nice and gave a good experience. That said, I was caught off-guard by the fact that the "spa" is just a hotel room with two massage beds. When I called to schedule the appointment they mentioned shower facilities, etc., but none of that was available. The massage service was good, but there weren't any additional "spa" amenities that i'm used to. read more

Ended our first trip to Hawai'i with a couples "The Journey Package" (80 mins) lomi lomi massage with hot stones, muscle relief balm, hydrating coconut scalp treatment and aromatherapy. It was $260/person less 15% I believe because we booked two packages. I wouldn't technically call this a spa. We were taken to a hotel room converted into 1 "spa" room with two massage beds. There are no amenities other than the pools and hot tub that are already part of the hotel. It's somewhat clinical and right off the pool, so unfortunately if the pool is busy, especially with children, you will hear quite a bit of noise. Luckily for us, it wasn't one of those days, but noise was heard periodically. The masseuses were good, we both enjoyed our massages. I think I enjoyed mine more so than my partner did. I'm not sure if they actually used muscle relief balm though, because it felt like ordinary massage oil. I'm not sure exactly what the coconut scalp treatment was. I received a head massage which was nice but I didn't smell any coconut. My partner said that his head massage lasted maybe a couple of minutes. There definitely was no aromatherapy that we could detect. At the end of our session, my masseuse said they would let us get dressed and then check in on us to review how we were feeling. When they returned, they asked us how we were doing but before we could barely respond, they proceeded to give us the tablet to pay. They already have the bill preset at 20% gratuity. Which they did acknowledge and then said if we wanted to change it we could. However they were hovering over us making us feel very uncomfortable, so we just paid the bill as is and left. After taxes and tip the total came to $582.42 US which converted into Canadian dollars works out to $794.83. My partner and I love going to the spa. We see a massage therapist at least once a month and this was not our first time indulging in time at a spa but unfortunately this experience has turned us off of doing it again while on vacation. We expect to pay a premium at a spa when on vacation and at a nice hotel/resort. However, if we are going to pay almost $800 we would expect to come away feeling bliss, like the name of the spa, unfortunately we did not. read more

We visited the Prince hotel recently and we're relieved to have a beautiful and safe place to travel to! My husband and I got the 'Just the Two of Us' package (a special package not listed on the menu!) and it was pure heaven. Getting to be in a private massage suite made my anxiety about cleanliness much better! We got to take a Bath Ritual back to our suite and it smelled INCREDIBLE. Naio Bliss is amazing! My wife and I flew into Honolulu earlier in the day and we were met by Reise and Lara who were the most accommodating hosts. They were very thorough and made sure to have a conversation with us about our needs. That enabled them to focus on the areas of concern and not to mention this was by far the most relaxing massage I've ever had as well. Lara knew exactly how hard to work my muscles and we both came out of there feeling great! What a way to start a vacation! I highly recommend Naio Bliss for any personal care needs you might have. We went in and they were friendly, explained everything, talked very quietly and gently. Made you feel relaxed, comfortable and most importantly the massage was amazing. wife and I received a couples massage. Wife's therapist was great; thorough and interactive. I was supposed to receive deep tissue, it wasn't. I should have asked for deeper but the therapist should have checked in. I was also supposed to receive a 30 minute reflexology treatment at end of the massage. It was more like 10 minutes.
