Nairi has done work on my inlaw's place and did 3 bathrooms and the master bedroom. We asked him to renovate our guest bathroom and thought it would be cosmetic, with a few plumbing changes. When he opened up the walls, we discovered decades of water damage that had turned into dry rot. We were lucky no one fell through the shower subfloor with the amount of damage improperly installed pipes caused in this new in the 80s addition. Nairi pivoted and remediated the dry rot and structural issues immediately. He was able to complete the project on the original timeline (2+ weeks) on budget and ahead of schedule by working weekends and holidays. We had chosen him for his craftsmanship for interiors and were very happy to learn he could do exterior work just as well. We have worked with Nairi for years! He is the most patient, clean, organized, KIND, attention to detail all- around contractor that can do literally anything. He is also very creative and has an eye for design; he will suggest and idea and we almost always go with it. I have recommended him to many friends and neighbors. For us he has: redone our guest bathroom ( pictures attached) , measured and ordered and installed new windows throughout the house, fixed our bedroom ceiling that was leaking / big hole -after huge storm- he fixed it then got on the roof to check and came back again and again to make sure no more leaks. He has installed lights in our house, fixed holes etc. AND HE PAINTED our house ( the outside) which was done with such care and detail, that he came back the following week to re-touch a shutter that he didn't view as " perfect". Also very important to note: he painted it with the color we chose, and we didn't like the color once it was on the house. We asked him to RE-PAINT the whole house, and he didn't bat an eye. I picked him because he is extremely knowledgeable, practical and honest about the work and the possible issues that might occur with my older house. We first hired Nairi in 2015 to remodel our bathrooms. We were very pleased with his work and next hired Nairi to replace three windows and two skylights. Watching Nairi install the skylights by himself was so impressive because of how "smart he works". The largest job he did in our home was a complete re-pipe, He came every day to work until the job was completed and never wondered off to another job. Each day He left the house in excellent shape so that we did not have to move out during the process. After the re-pipe there were a lot of repairs to do caused by the water damage, including replacing sub floors, installing luxury vinyl plank flooring, new tub and shower fixtures, which was all done by Nairi as well. We have been completely satisfied with all the work he has done. Nairi has also replaced toilets, hung ceiling fans and replaced kitchen faucets in our home. You never have to look over Nairi's shoulder or monitor his work because we clearly could see that he was a perfectionist and 100% trustworthy. He is licensed, bonded, honest, highly skilled and the site is kept neat.. He is reasonably priced and his estimate is detailed so there is no question about materials or cost of installation. Nairi does a beautiful job and goes beyond what is really expected. He gives the impression that he is working as if he is doing the job for himself. During the job, Nairi makes recommendation and is also receptive to the desires of his customer. I asked around prior to the remodel and heard horror story after horror story about being taken to the cleaner. Nairi is unresponsive, rude, and downright someone I wouldn't reccomend to anyone. My partner bought the Groupon for this company and it had nothing in there about not good for weekends. So we go to try and schedule and he gives us attitude that we cannot use the Groupon during the weekend we didn't pay enough. Well write that when you sell on Groupon rather than wasting our time is what I was thinking. So we try and schedule him during the week but it didn't work out, with him not responding for 2 days or more we just gave up. We even asked if we could pay more for him to come on the weekend. NO RESPONSE. Reported to Groupon and got our money back. His response was to curse and be completely unprofessional on a voicemail. I have a feeling we were not the only ones to want our money back for this LACK OF SERVICE. I would not use his company ever unless you want to deal with a foul mouthed immature man who has no professionalism or courtesy. read more
