With him openly saying "I wouldn't have let you leave with it" but refused to fix it because it was just "cosmetic" yeah I know it's cosmetic but I paid to get it done the right way by a pro. Anyways he didn't fix it and cuts off the ferrule. So now my shaft looks worse than it did when I came in. This place sucks all around. He admits they did an AWFUL job and is unwilling to fix it unless I repay for their bad work.

Our tee time was at 7am and we finished 18 at 11:45 with a 10 min lunch intermission. When we took our break the Marshall was taking shit to the pro shop saying we barely just finished the front 9. It was literally 9:27. They don't state a pace of play but I'd say most places are about 4:15-4:40 for all 18 we finished in 4:45. Never coming back here. Course was kept kinda good can't lie. Good amount of puddles so not great drainage. For 70$ I'm going to Spanos, Swenson or micke grove EFFF this place

Used to LOVE this course, but holy hell, the way they manage pace of play has gotten absolutely…read moreridiculous. Played 8/16 around 5 PM and it was a complete shitshow. They apparently do NOTHING to keep pace of play moving. The biggest issue was allowing a GROUP OF SIX to play together while holding everybody up. And yes, the group of six were all women. Each one of them was hitting 2-3 balls off the tee, then they'd go looking for all those balls, lose them, take a drop, and hit ANOTHER 2-3 balls from there. This wasn't just one bad hole either--we watched this happen HOLE AFTER HOLE. Six people doing that every hole adds up REAL quick. At that point you're not playing a round of golf, you're using the course as your personal driving range. We were literally waiting 5-10 MINUTES at the tee box on EVERY SINGLE HOLE. Not one bad hole. Not one random backup. EVERY. HOLE. If you're going to hit that many balls, STICK TO THE RANGE. There are actual people who paid to play the course and want to enjoy their round, not spend half their day sitting around watching six people have a practice session. The pace got so bad that I ended up pairing up with some randoms who were in front of me because everyone was getting backed up. Eventually, we passed the group of six and played ahead of them. Here's the part that really shows how ridiculous it was: after passing them, we FINISHED TWO FULL HOLES and they were STILL PLAYING THE SAME HOLE WE PASSED THEM ON. A group of random people who literally paired up because of the backup managed to finish two holes before this group of six could finish ONE. That's not normal slow play. That's absurd. I even saw a course worker and specifically mentioned the pace of play and the group holding everybody up. His response was basically, "Yeah bud, sorry, not much I can do," and he just kept driving off. LMAO. Not much you can do?? You're literally working at the golf course. Who exactly IS supposed to do something? Then later on I see the same worker stopped at a hole chit-chatting with that same group of girls like they're all buddy-buddy. Whether they actually knew each other or not, that's a TERRIBLE look after a paying customer just complained about that exact group's pace of play. And before somebody twists this, them being women isn't the problem. The problem is SIX people playing together, each hitting multiple balls, losing them, taking drops, hitting multiple balls AGAIN, and having zero consideration for everybody stacked up behind them while the course does absolutely nothing about it. If you're more concerned with hitting a whole bucket of balls, making TikToks, and looking cute for the golf trend on social media or whatever they had going on than maintaining pace, GO TO THE RANGE. Then after dealing with all of that for basically the entire round, my cart DIED on the THIRD-TO-LAST HOLE. That was literally the cherry on top. After spending the entire round waiting around, I wasn't about to deal with a dead cart too. I said fuck it, packed my shit up and called it a day. And somehow I wasn't even the only one. I saw at least THREE other groups whose carts died too. When multiple carts are dying during the same round, that's not bad luck--that's terrible maintenance. So in one round we had 5-10 minute waits at EVERY tee box, a sixsome holding up the course, each person hitting 2-3 balls off the tee and then another 2-3 after taking drops, zero pace-of-play enforcement, a worker basically saying "not much I can do," multiple dead carts, and then my own cart dying with THREE HOLES LEFT. If you're going to charge people to play, MANAGE YOUR DAMN COURSE. Enforce reasonable group sizes, have somebody actually manage pace of play, and make sure your carts can survive 18 holes. Used to genuinely enjoy playing here, but this was ridiculous. The cart dying on the third-to-last hole was just the final "yeah, fuck this" moment. Packed it up and went home.

My boyfriend was recently seriously injured in a mountain-biking accident and commented that golf may be one of the few sports he can participate in while recovering, so I was also interested in asking about purchasing beginner clubs for both of us. Upon entering, I took a sparkling water from an unlocked refrigerator and carried it to the bar area, where my friend was trying to find out how we could pay for the event. She knows the owner and asked him directly. His response was, "This is not my thing. I am the owner," delivered in a very blunt and unwelcoming manner. As I picked up the unopened drink and began walking toward the painting area, the owner called me back in front of everyone and told me the drinks were "for members only." There were no signs on the refrigerator indicating that, and I had been standing at the bar trying to pay. He then said I could put money in a box. I only had $20 bills, so my friend gave me a dollar. The owner responded with something along the lines of, "I'll take the $20." This was never about a 50-cent sparkling water. It was about the unnecessarily harsh and embarrassing way the situation was handled. A simple, friendly explanation. "Just so you know, those are normally for members, but you can leave a dollar in the box" would have resolved everything. Instead, I felt publicly called out over an honest mistake caused by unclear signage. No clue that it was a membership type of place. Although I still paid for the paint night and the drink, the interaction made me feel so unwelcome that I left shortly after sitting down. I left behind all of my painting supplies and the drink, still unopened. I was also no longer comfortable asking about lessons, memberships, mini golf, or buying starter clubs from the store. What made the experience worse was the owner's response when my friend later explained why we left. Rather than simply taking responsibility for how he spoke to a first-time guest, he wrote, "Sorry you feel that way," questioned why the interaction "warranted wanting to leave," and referenced not knowing someone's "life, emotions or day." That did not feel like a sincere apology. It felt like the responsibility was being placed on me for reacting to behavior that he himself acknowledged may have come across as "blunt, harsh or rude." My friend and I each have more than ten years of hospitality experience. Owning a business open to the public means every person who enters is a potential customer--even if they are attending someone else's event. Clear signage and basic kindness would have prevented this entire situation. The owner said he will now label the refrigerators and snack areas, which is appropriate, but I hope he also considers hospitality training and reflects on how he communicates with patrons who are trying to support his business. I arrived excited to enjoy the event and potentially return with my boyfriend. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and certain that I will not be back. Be aware! If you are not from the small town or a "member" you will not be greeted with hospitality.

The food, as you can see, is delicious. My favorite is their homemade chips and salsa lol. I just started using their gym. It's small but I like that. They offer yoga classes and Zumba. I'm learning how to play golf right now, but I'm also interested in learning how to play tennis . It's one of my favorite places to hang out now.

The club began in 1924!! There are events for children and adults of all ages. If your game is not up to par, there are teaching pros to help with the golf game or tennis game.
