He even replaced a handle knob that was partially broken with a used replacement. Good and fast service. This is the second time I have had them do a tune-up on the mower. The process couldn't be more easier. I dropped my bike, waited about a week and got a call form them, a day earlier to boot. Fork lost its slop, derailleur shifts crisp, and they even thew in some bar ends since mine were gone. The Bike Shop is where its at for my bike tune for now on.

The camp used to be good but there is a complete lack of discipline this year. There is a lack of…read moreoversight from the camp staff, and group of kids were bullying others on an ongoing basis. At one point, the kids were fighting with one another with rocks. Even after being spoken to, the kids were allowed to retaliate further by urinating right next to another group of kids who were eating snacks. This was acceptable behavior. The camp counselors were also allowed to jump on their bikes over the kids heads. Again, this was seen to be acceptable. We will not be returning to this camp.

I had never had my bike tuned since it was put together for me. Upon initial inspection, Tim felt the breaks didn't seem right. I dropped off my bike Wednesday morning and they called by Thursday afternoon to let me know it was ready. They were very straightforward with pricing and the process to fix my gears and brakes. Kevin, the business owner and repair person on staff, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He knew right away that I would be better off getting new tire tubes, (that were conveniently in stock), instead of replacing the air insert stems which appeared defective. While I was there, I got to browse the store a little and was impressed with the large amount of inventory, consisting of bike parts, accessories, tools, apparel, and new bicycles for sale. We headed straight back to the service department. She let them know what she wanted done and asked for suggestions on which products she should have installed. The employee was fantastic! He showed us all the options for things like handlebar wraps, clip in pedals, and clip in shoes. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of these things and was able to tell us the difference between the different price tiers for the items. When looking at shoes, he helped with sizing and quickly checked to see if they had the color and size she needed in their stock. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the specific set she wanted but he offered to order them online for her. He was very friendly and charismatic! The turn around time for the service and install was very quick. We dropped it off on a Thursday and was told that it would be ready by the following Monday. The bike looked great! It was super shiny and clean. The wraps were installed beautifully. The bike just looked great overall. I was surprised to see how affordable Fun Sports Bikes is, especially considering all she had done on the bike. I would definitely bring my bike here again!
