I needed a move out cleaning done and was able to book for the crew to come in and was looking to not spend an exorbitant amount. I will admit that there was a lot of cleaning needed and the tough part was that I was not able to be there the whole time because we had just moved and I was going back and forth between the new house and the dump. I told the team to focus on the main areas and the areas that are easy to catch at first glance as my priority was to get a decent cleaning done without paying a large amount. I did stop by once in the middle and of course at the end. When I came at the end I noticed that two of the women were working very hard, but the third was walking around pretending to dust the stairway bannister. I had noticed her doing that previously by then seeing her doing this at the end made me think that this person was not doing as much as the other two. I called and talked to who I think was the owner and gave my observation. I asked that I only be charged for 2.5 people and not 3 based on what I had seen. The owner turned it back on me stating that I should have told her sooner. I tried to tell her that I was busy and that I could not make that determination until my last visit, but the owner became frustrated with me and turned it back on me. I confirmed that these three were a mother and two daughters. The one that wasn't doing as much was obviously the younger and less experienced one and in my opinion was not very happy to be there. I grew tied of arguing with the owner or manager... Whoever I was talking to and just paid for the full time. Fast forward a few days and I had to end up cleaning again. I had to clean the granite floor tiles and had to clean the kitsch cabinets again, not to mention the blinds. Please note that I had also mentioned that the blinds and floors should be a focus, but not the carpet. All in all I had a terrible experience and could have done better myself and saved $500. I could have left without leaving a review but my interaction with whoever was on the phone as I expressed displeasure about the third young lady was terrible and I shouldn't have been treated as I was because I brought it up in a very nice way that was just stating the facts of my observation. I would stay away unless you can watch them every second of the job. read more

I hired Naked Clean based upon reputation shared by others, I contracted for a move-in cleaning as well as move-out cleaning. For the move-in they promised three individuals and only two showed up. They were very slow and did a very poor job even missing cleaning fans in master bedroom. After 9 hours that had not even made it to the kitchen, laundry room, and family room. They grossly underestimated the time which is how they bill you (Per hour BE CAREFUL!!!). As my wife came home and saw how poorly they were doing we dismissed them immediately. I cancelled the second service and found another company who was superb and beat Naked Clean's cost by 30%. Naked Clean just came out and cleaned our house yesterday. The cleaner was very nice and did a great job. I was expecting her to be here for just an hour or two but she was here longer because she was thoroughly cleaning everything and it shows. The house looks great! I had a team of two come to my house for 3 total hours. They vacuumed, cleaned hard floors, dusted, cleaned windows, and did a few other things. Overall I felt like they worked pretty fast and had a pretty good attention to detail. They were professional as well. Only reason I gave them a 4 was because they broke a ceramic water dish my daughter made for our cats 5 years ago. It ended up upsetting my daughter. I will use them again, but would be a bit more strategic about what I had them do. UPDATE: The above was my initial review. As such, I will leave it up, but update it with more information. Shortly after I wrote the review I was called and emailed by Naked Clean. They apologized for the broken item and offered to pay for a new ceramic kit for my daughter so that she would be able to create a new dish for our cats. This level of customer service doesn't happen often. Their offer was generous. I happily accepted the ceramic kit for my daughter. They have exceeded my expectations at this point and I've updated my review accordingly. You can be sure if they miss on anything they will make it right. read more

I am so consistently happy with Naked Clean. I am set up for a condo cleaning every 4 weeks. They send my the email on Sunday reminding me to leave a key and I am set up on auto pay (they did not do this automatically). I have never even met the amazing woman who cleans my house. The cleaners showing up on time is not a problem for me (some other reviewers complained). I just lock my dog up in the back room (that I only get cleaned once in a while) and as long as they show up between 8 and 5 I'm good! Their customer service is great and I am able to talk to someone right away if I need to change my schedule. Once I forgot to leave a key even though I didn't know it until the lady was at my house and they just rescheduled for a few hours later. no problem! I also love the flat rate for house cleaning (depending on weeks between cleaning and number of rooms). I have 5 rooms cleaned every 4 weeks for about $80. Try them out! read more

To date we have had 2 cleanings by Naked Clean. The first one was a deep clean by 3 nice ladies and then 1 regular clean by our regular person. So far I am happy with the service we have received and with the cost. When I first called a gentleman came out and did a walk through with us to make sure we were all on the same page about what would and would not be cleaned. Within a few hrs we had an est of a bi-weekly cleaning and a ever 4 weeks cleaning. We decided to go with the bi-weekly cleaning for now and see how it went. Must say that this company has been professional every step of the process from my initial inquiry, to coming to my house to give me an estimate, to scheduling my service and finally to having a clean home. So very impressed with not just the house service but the scheduling and customer service on the back end. Sonia came in as scheduled and did a beautiful job in my 2 bdr/1 ba condo. Days later, I find parts of my kitchen that I had no idea she touched and they're perfectly spotless. (Can we talk about how the drip tray of my toaster oven is gleaming now?) Naked Clean has been so easy to work with, and they do an excellent job! We had Isabel and Daniela do a whole home clean for our three-level condo, all hardwood floors, so it wasn't an easy job! They were very thorough covering some items I didn't even ask for, and the home did not smell like chemicals when we got home which I really appreciated. The owner worked around our schedule for bi-weekly cleanings to be completed on our preferred days before we got home from work. Prices were very reasonable and the company was upfront about individual costs, so we could come up with a cleaning schedule within our budget with a focus on areas that were most important to us. We initially were going to do monthly cleanings, but they made biweekly very affordable. I L O V E I T ; I especially like the "less chem's" approach - we didn't have to leave to breath :)) When I clean I use chem's that I complain about because they make the jobs easier - but at a price for asthma and "fragrance allergy" - HATE THE FRAGRANCE! The first time, my husband was there and they kindly cleaned around him but the last few times, they came in and cleaned on their own. They are fantastic!! Everything is always spotless when I get home from work - I couldn't be happier. We appreciate that they use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies although our shower doors could use something a little stronger - maybe we will do that on our own. I have not had one issue with them being there. We were very happy with Connie. She was with us for about a year. Only reason we had to stop the service is because we're moving. Everything was always cleaned very well. We had the "whole house" cleaning, and the house was always spotless. Every time we came home on a cleaning day, it felt like a new house. Also, Naked clean was very good about being flexible. A few times we had to ask them to postpone a cleaning to either the next day, or the next week, on very short notice. They were always very accommodating. We used Naked Clean for both move in and move out services. We had roughly 2500 SF house, and there was a lot that needed done. I have severe allergies and asthma, so I was very concerned about the products and the work that needed done before I could move in. I was assured all the products were eco-friendly and non- toxic. I needed everything deep cleaned from the ceramic tile floors, carpet, ceiling fans, every window blind top to bottom, base boards, every single shelf and cupboard in the kitchen, closet rods, glass, doors, every handle and fixture, lights, oven hood- basically if it was in the house, I needed it cleaned! Scheduling was always easy, and they send reminders before every scheduled cleaning. They let you know who will be there (so, if your regular person/team can't come, they'll let you know who is subbing). The team I had was absolutely wonderful (go team Maura!). For the first cleaning or two I had some feedback that I communicated to the main office (I'm obsessed with the bathroom floor being immaculate), and it has never been a problem since! I have had a wonderful experience with Naked Clean. My team of housekeepers is Eleazar and his wife (I think her name is Veronica?) They come every two weeks. These two are so detailed in cleaning my 2600 sq foot (5 bedrooms, 3 bath) home. They dust everything, including the blinds and every single knick knack one by one. Naked Clean uses organic/green/environmentally safe products only. This is very important to my husband and I since we both suffer from allergies, asthma, eczema, sensitive skin, etc. The owner is actually related to a toxicologist who analyzes the safety and effectiveness of all their cleaning products. And I have to say, what they use is very effective because my white corian sink that is constantly stained brown from cleaning our coffee pot every day is like new after they're done with it (I had always used bleach, which is a very harsh chemical that Naked Clean does not use, but it was the only thing I had found to work. So whatever they used on it was fabulous). Their pricing is very reasonable and competitive as well. As a working professional I've been using cleaning services for more than 2 decades. After moving to San Diego county I was dreading having to find a new service and have to evaluate and build the trust that comes with letting someone into your home. I am a big fan of recommendations from friends and peers as well as reading on-line reviews. I'm also a big fan of cleaning where the dirt is. Unlike some of the other services I called, Naked Clean was very responsive and flexible in working with us. Instead of just setting up a first appointment, they took the time to come out and look at our house and based on it's current level of cleanliness and what we were trying to maintain, set # of visits and selecting the right person based on our requirements. All of these considerations were discussed and explained as we got down to price. Dave answered all of my wife's questions and concerns and we elected to try them out. After our first visit, my wife was very happy with the results. She is a cleanliness nut by habit and gave Dave a rather long list of things she was expecting to be accomplished in a visit. As such, we continued to use Naked clean until we experienced a recent layoff; the only reason we suspended service. Had my first clean last week. Very good stuff. Two people came and cleaned top to bottom. There were things I told them not to worry about, and they were cleaned too! Isabel and Martin did an amazing job and even worked around my work-from-home-husband. I haven't had house cleaners in a long time and it is really hard for me to let go of control and let someone else clean my home, but so far, I'm impressed. Can't wait till my next clean after the beginning of the year. Having the house so clean, makes me want to keep it cleaner.
