If you want a clean home, don't want to worry about your home security being compromised, and don't want to pay other professionals to clean up after Naked Clean's housekeepers, look elswhere for service. I was a client of Naked Clean for nearly 10 years, and during that time their service went from very good to unacceptably poor as they expanded and began working with what they call "independent maids" instead of employees. Here are just a few issues I encountered: - They left my FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED AND AJAR for an entire day while I was at work. I was beside myself with fear that my pets had escaped and that an intruder could be inside when I saw the open door. I was beyond fortunate that somehow neither of those things happened. - They repeatedly left sticky residue all over my wood floors, which I then had to re-mop, and ultimately had to hire a professional floor cleaner to deep clean. I also had to tell them that they needed to use more than ONE Swiffer-type pad on 3,000 sq ft of flooring, so that the same dirt isn't pushed throughout the house instead of being cleaned. - Despite every-other-week service, they allowed so much white soap scum to build up on the tile in one of our showers that I had to hire a professional stone cleaner to remove it because Naked Clean couldn't fix the problem they caused with standard cleaning products. Between hiring professionals to clean the wood and the tile, I spent over $1,200 to address Naked Clean's shortcomings. - When making the bed, they frequently tucked the sheets in at the head of the bed instead of at the foot of the bed and put the blanket on in the wrong direction, resulting in me having to re-make the bed before being able to sleep in it. One would think a trained housekeeper would know how to properly make a bed. - They forgot to clean major things, like the kitchen. I came home several times to find that the kitchen floor wasn't cleaned at all. It also appears that they weren't cleaning my stone bathroom floors, room-size walk-in closet floors, in corners, or dust that's easily visible under sofas and tables, etc. - They don't follow instructions, even after receiving them multiple times. I called and e-mailed them repeatedly about which products to use and pointed out areas that were improperly cleaned or not cleaned at all. On my second-to-last-visit before I let them go, I asked for a partial credit for some things that they didn't clean. They obliged, but the very next (and final) cleaning, some of those very same things were missed again. After raising concerns, things would go smoothly for a few weeks and then revert downhill again. They will offer you a new team of housekeepers if you complain, but after going through at least three or four teams I can tell you that they all offer pretty much the same careless service. Frankly, shame on me for not canceling service years ago when these problems started. I'm truly embarrassed that I put up with this abysmal service for such a long time, but hope this review will help others will learn from my mistakes and avoid the headaches that Naked Clean causes. read more

We had issues with consistency with our first set of cleaners, but then we got Jessica who was amazing, professional, and always on time. The company was pretty good about accommodating our schedule and adjusting when things came up or we went on vacation. The only reason for 4 stars is the price is a little high, and that the pricing isn't really clear based on what they say they charge. Also, although we prefer Jessica over the other cleaners we had, it just takes a long time with only one cleaner so we had to make sure to be home for a large part of the day. I'd definitely recommend Naked Clean overall, its not easy to find good cleaners that you can rely on. read more

I never got to the 1st visit. With all the glowing reviews I thought this company might work. Our home is not large (just under 1500sf) and I have had cleaning services before. I know what hours it should take for a standard clean. This was a classic bait and switch. After coming to terms, I capped the 1st visit to 3 hrs which is more than enough time for 2 professional cleaning people. Two days prior to start date, they call to let me know that they probably could not get the whole house clean in 3 hrs and the 2nd visit would require additional hours. Are you kidding me? I cancelled. So if you select this company, just be aware their pricing is not exactly what you think you are going to pay. read more

I just moved to San Diego within the last couple months and set up naked clean to do a deep cleaning as well as a weekly service to maintain my apartment. They have been very professional so far, and they clean with products that smell great. I didn't come to them for the green side of their cleaning but it is nice to not feel like you're inhaling chemicals. read more

I had my very first clean this week, and I am so impressed by the results. I recently moved, so there was still a bit of chaotic moving mess going on, but Gabby and Rosaa came and cleaned the entire house and did such an amazing job! They were attentive to all the little corners of the house, and had me walk them through before they even got started to have me point out areas that I particularly wanted to make sure got cleaned. They worked so much more quickly then I was even expecting, and did such a wonderful, efficient job. Can't wait to have them back. I can truly trust that they will do a great job and leave my house truly clean! Before they even came for their first clean, Dave came out to take a look around my house and evaluate my cleaning needs, so that I could customize a schedule that would work out best for me, and choose specific rooms that I wanted to make sure got clean each time. I have only just begun using naked clean and so will reserve a five star rating after a longer time, but after two visits I have found the administrative staff responsive and very cordial to deal with. I had a one time deep cleaning scheduled with the team of Rosa and Jessi and they worked hard and did a great job cleaning my house after I had been unable to do it for many weeks due to an injury. I decided to go with on cleaning every four weeks, based on my budget and what I could do on my own. Given how well they cleaned it, I was able to keep it clean easily on my own until the next cleaning. I just had the first regular cycle cleaning with Laura and Raul, because the first team were not able to come when I needed them to on a regular basis. They are a couple, who were just delightful to work with, asking me to check their work when they finished areas to be sure I was satisfied. And when they were done , everything sparkled. They came wearing masks , but also showed me their vaccine cards, and left it up to me whether they needed to wear masks. It was clear naked clean adm reviewed with them beforehand the special requests I had made. I chose naked clean because it was local, they had good reviews, and they use non harsh cleaning products. After a recent remodel, that was appealing to me. This was the first time I have used a cleaning company, and the pros so far is they will deal with any language issues to be sure the cleaners know what you need, and it is good to have the covering if their are issues that need to be dealt with, and in case the cleaners are not able to continue , they are a covering for any gap in service. After covid, this was appealing to me. It is more expensive then hiring your own house cleaner, but after covid, I can have my house cleaned less often , and I appreciate the reliable and extra assistance the the company offers. read more

I wanted to get my apartment cleaned because I had a surgery recently and could not do it myself. I was able to schedule a 3 hour 1 time cleaning for $120, which in my opinion is a bit steep. I wanted to get it done in the next few days and didn't have time to schedule the evaluation for the repeat cleaning (only $65). I cannot remember their names, but I had a team of 2 for 1.5 hours, overall, they did a good job. There were some small things that were missed, but not a big deal. Probably much more cost efficient to do the reoccurring service, which I will probably end up doing. read more

Having been a couple years since we had a professional cleaner, I was delighted to have Naked Clean begin services at my home. They have come twice so far, and we will have them return bi-monthly as long as the service is as stellar as it has been. I appreciate that they do not use toxic chemicals and that the lady they have come over is highly effecient and thorough. I have very particular requests which she is happy to work with. This is difficult for me to write because of the kindness they showed me before, but I've been so frustrated lately that I feel the need to post it. I've had them back to continue cleaning for the past three months. We had some major miscommunications between the office and the cleaning staff that resulted in a lot of rooms not being cleaned for some time. Trying to sort everything out via email with them was painful. The woman who handles all of the emails has horrible customer service skills and comes across as very passive aggressive. I believe this attitude was a big part of the reason that it took so long for them to realize they hadn't communicated clearly to the team cleaning my home what they were supposed to be doing. Once they figured it out they did give me an apology and a big discount on my next cleaning because I had been overpaying for so long... The cleaning team (Francisca) was still only doing a so-so job after that. (There is still, as I type this, a cobweb on the wall of one of the rooms they are supposed to clean every time they are here. We have pointed it out at least 3 times.) They were leaving dirty coffee mugs on a desk, shoving all of our toiletries haphazardly in a drawer, shoved a bunch of trash in a paper bag on top of some very expensive dog medication so I nearly threw it away... lots of little things like that, so I requested that they change us to a different cleaning crew. Today was the first day with the new crew and already the communication issues w/ the office are here again. The woman in charge of the email comes across as more interested in being right than figuring out a solution for her customer. Hopefully the new team will work out long term, otherwise I'm going to have to go with someone else. I hate to do that, I really want to like this company, but dealing with them is much more difficult than it should be. I'll update again after a few more cleanings w/ the new team. Oh yea, and FYI - cleaning the kitchen does not automatically include doing the dishes. I've never experienced that before with any other cleaning company, I've always walked into a clean home. I had to make that point with them that I expected to come into a clean home/kitchen and they told me that dishes are something like $20/load. If there are not very many they will usually just do them I guess... but if I'm paying for a large home to be cleaned every two weeks, including several rooms we barely touch, if I leave a few more dishes than usual one week I think you can clean them and perhaps just do a quick once over on the clean rooms to make up the time in your schedule... Just my $0.02. ************Bumping down all the way to 1 star************************* 6/7/13 - I guess they can't handle constructive criticism. Apparently they didn't like the updated review yesterday because I got an email today from Dave firing me as a customer. I was still hanging on to the hope that it could work out with them and he emailed me and said: " I am sorry to hear that you are so disappointed with our service. I will inform the staff to cancel your schedule and I wish you the best." My jaw is still on the floor in surprise. Must be nice to have so many loyal customers that you can just toss others aside. Would not recommend Naked Clean to family or friends. Here's the nutshell version of why: - Poor quality of service - Non-reputable cleaners -- in our case, they were either rude or cleaners that had to be watched so they didn't leave early without cleaning thoroughly (but still charging you thoroughly :)) - Poor customer service - Don't always use "green" products as advertised started off doing so but after the 3rd visit, the cleaner started using chemical ones and told me "they clean better" so she'd rather use that.. Hmm... - In the end, much more of a headache than a help I usually only write reviews on Yelp when I have a positive one but felt obligated to write one here because if you're looking for a cleaning service you're opening your home to someone and that's a decision that takes some thought.. We gave Naked Clean several tries for several months, had a very kind cleaner the first couple go arounds but every time she came she left earlier and earlier and cleaned less and less (while we were paying the same price). I called the office and they informed me she wasn't one of their "thorough" cleaners (great, so they sent me the B team?!) and to let them send someone else. I agreed and we gave it another try with someone new.. I'll spare the lengthy details but I got a very mouthy cleaner who gave lots of attitude and made the whole event a big chore for me. She refused to vacuum a room because there were 4-5 articles of clothing on the floor.. if a room is a mess, I'd understand but a few articles of clothes doesn't count for that. Do I need to clean before the cleaner arrives??? I think they're missing the point of the service, to help not to bring attitude and a headache.. I can get that for free if need be :) There were also other little things like refusing to use my vacuum which I had asked her to use (only because it's much better than the cheaper one they bring). It was a simple request and would have picked up dirt more easily for her anyways. 4 kind requests made and every time I walked in a room she was using their vacuum. I finally quit asking. If you're reading this review you're considering paying for your house to be cleaned and if you're paying for your house to be cleaned, you're probably looking for someone thorough, reliable, who won't mind honoring simple requests... None of which you'll find at Naked Clean. It'd be a perk to have someone somewhat kind and also receive good customer service.. You won't find any of this at Naked Clean either. And be warned, they'll sucker you in with a very kind first visit (in our case from a nice gentleman) but the people they send after you "sign on the dotted line" won't represent the image they try to portray. To add something positive, I will say I think the gentleman (who is the owner I believe) means well but they don't have the staff or customer service to warrant paying for their services. When there are lots of cleaning services out there, there is no reason to use Naked Clean. I gave them repeated chances and let it go on longer than I should have.. all the while paying for it. :) read more

This service can best be described as : "item not as described" Context: this was an empty 2-bedroom apartment which proved very challenging ie; the formula of (2x2=4) hours depends on two people working for two hours. I had trouble communicating this equation to this company. Further, they ran out of time and were unable to sufficiently clean my empty, unoccupied apartment. I failed to check their Yelp! Reviews and things didn't go well, at all Following are a few highlights to more clearly explain my 1-star review of NAKED CLEAN: 1. Unable to meet their own scheduling window. They wanted to bill for 4hrs . This breaks down as (2) hrs of cleaning X two cleaning people, in theory. But in practice: both cleaning people didn't arrive within the scheduled window. One was an hour early and the other over an hour later. Both cost me significant time and $$ (had to go back to work myself) Yet, not only did they feel justified using the faulty equation of 2 x 1 = 4. - somehow I was facing additional fees PLUS time away from work due to this fiasco. And the end result of my clean apartment was unable to materialize. Time ran out. 2. Extensive use of petro-chemical based cleaning products. You know the familiar brands. This company doesnt seem to know or much care about natural cleaning. It's anagalous to a grocery labeling their produce "organic" -simply because some customers will pay a premium for a product 4 I recommend you look at the other recent reviews ( I wish I had before booking the services of Naked Clean) it seems my issues are endemic to this outfit read more

As much as I would like to give these company five stars, solely based on their stellar customer service, but under these circumstances, I cannot. We had two women come and clean our home and they did not do a great job, they barely dusted, they did not lift anything to clean, and they had to come back the following day after my husband and I called the main office. The office manager, Patty, was great! Patty fully understood our dismay and had the women come back out to do what we paid them to do. I really hope that I am the rare occasion that this happens but I do not believe I will be calling them again. It is unfortunate because the owner, Dave, was pretty cool. We have had cleaning services before when we lived in another city so this is not our first time hiring this type of service. read more

THEY LOST MY DOG!! I got a call that when the ladies left my house they only saw 1 dog, not 2 like when they arrived. I asked them to please go back and check under the bed etc.. they said NO - we can't go back until we are done cleaning the next house (even though they JUST called me). I was a nervous wreck - I was not able to go home and check myself for 3 hours. I pleaded with her to PLEASE PLEASE go back and look for my dog. The answer was clear "NO". I couldn't believe that they would call me with news like this and offer to do NOTHING. When I got home my dog was there and I hired a new cleaning service. They also broke a sentimental frame that was purchased on vacation 10yrs ago - they offered to replace it, but of course it can't be replaced. No further action was taken. Not the offer of a free cleaning or anything.. I just never even got a call back to close the issue out. Nothing. So hire these guys if you want them to break your property and loose your pets. read more

HORRIBLE! So unfortunately, the property management I had used this company to clean mu house after the tenants we rented to just up and left without cleaning. I can't believe how much they charged to clean a 3 bedroom 2- 1/2 bath room condo. $650! PLEASE... I COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF for what these cleaners did NOT do! So generally, upon moving out, all baseboards, ceiling fans, sweep mop, clean counters, clean tubs, vacuum, clean fridge out thoroughly...these are just to name a few things that HAS to be done before moving out. Generally have to be checked on the box to get any kind of deposit back on a place. anyways here's what lovely Naked Clean did-NOT do! Kitchen- DID NOT SWEEP OR MOP! I didnt attach a pic because I figured I can just do it myself AFTER we moved back in. so no biggie, but for $650 should HAVE been done! Clean TOP and in the fridge, wipe doors down... NOPE! outside was totally stained with foods that I HAD to clean, and the top was all dusty with leftover junk from previous renters. The inside, wiped down ok but they left a lovely little snack for us in the freezer. literally these people left a ice cream bar in there. (REALLY?) Stove top was wiped down, but not the lovely grease and food stains in between stove and microwave. (PICS ATTACHED). Bathrooms, tubs were ok scrubbed down, but the top rims were DUSTY with spider webs hanging down. (PICS ATTACHED!) Ceiling fans were NOT wiped down, I had to get on a step stool to do it myself! Fireplace.. THEY DID NOT DO A SWEEP! I had to contact the property management because how does a cleaning business not at least sweep it out? PICS ATTACHED! They came back out the next day to do it. I am not going to go further into what they did NOT clean. Let's just say unless your there to TELL THEM what to clean, they will just barely clean. I had to put a rating on here so I gave 1 star, effort for showing up and barley clean. I DO NOT recommend these cleaners! (I HAVE PICS.... I want to start off with Patty and Veronica. They have always provided me with amazing customer service and always willing to discount my payments when there was an issue and that is why I gave them a 2 rating. Now on to the issues, our first maid did a amazing job but unfortunately she was in a car accident and has yet to return to work. So Patty informed me that I would be getting a new maid. After the first visit I notice that she had spilled candle wax on my toaster and did not clean it up ( I have a wax candle warmer next to the toaster). After the next visit I had notice that the knob to the toaster was missing and chopped it up to either my boyfriend or roommate moving it somewhere until I turn on my trash disposal and there it was. Broken and all scratched up. I didn't want to assume it was the maid so of course i asked my BF and roommate and neither one had use the toaster all week. After I emailed Patty she was very understanding and offer me a discount and a new maid for my next visit. The new maid did a great job cleaning the kitchen and even washed the dogs bowls and mat but she did a horrible job in the shower. How do I know this.....because all the shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower never moved indicating that she didn't clean the shower window or shelf were the bottle sat. After a couple of visits I had emailed Patty again asking her to please have the maid clean the shower better and she did. As I mention before the maid cleaned the dog bowls and mat but FAILED to dry the mats completely before laying it back on our WOOD flooring. I just happen to pick up the mats one weekend to sweep and notice that the wood below the mats were wet and discolored. For anyone who has wood flooring, its not cheap nor simple to replace if damaged. So again I emailed Patty and she was very apologetic and told me she would talk to the maid. Luckily we were able to set a fan on top of the wood flooring and dry it out. Another thing I notice was that whenever I got home after their visit the TP was always missing. We have one of those TP holder that holds up to 6 rolls at a time. At first I thought "ok maybe my BF used all the TP" then the after the next visit it happened again. So I asked my BF and he said that there was at least a half roll left. So I made it a point to remember how much TP we had left before the next visit ( 2 full rolls and half full roll). When I got home there was only 1 roll left. Please keep in mind that my roommate has been on vacation for the last week and there was no one else in my house. I emailed Patty and was told that its unlikely that maid took it. After this last and final incident we and naked clean agreed to discontinue the service. read more

NAKED CLEAN is not a professional service and I would not recommend them to anyone. I was interested in the fact that this cleaning service used natural products. Perhaps I should have paid closer attention to the other aspects of the business. I booked what they called a "deep cleaning" at their suggestion, to be followed with bi monthly cleaning for our 1860 sq. ft. one story home. Altho they advertise someone would come out with an estimate, t was told that I was out of the area, too far for them to arrange that. They sent to very nice women who estimated they could deep clean in 2 hours which equated to paying for 4 hours since their were two of them. The cleaning was very basic, pretty much what I had been paying $75 for and cost me $120. I called to complain, and requested they send a rep out so I could show them all the things they did not do and was told that would not be necessary. I don't know what that meant because it was followed by a statement that the policy is no refunds. They said they would send them back for 30 min. to do the things they had not done, but I opted out because I knew that was not possible. They said they would refund me $15, which they did. I found another service who came out to give an estimate and they were appalled when I told them my house had just been "deep cleaned". They spent an hour showing me all the things that needed cleaning. This service came and did a fabulous job They actually moved furniture and cleaned behind it. Even my dog door was spotless! . Yes, it did cost more, but it was money well spent, not thrown away. read more

Too bad there is nothing LESS than one star! I booked a date to have our home cleaned with a month's notice. Veronica called to confirm the cleaning date and explained that 2 ladies would be at my house at 8:00am on a Saturday. She thought based on the size of my home that approximately two hours would be a good time estimate. I explained that my husband and I (seniors in our 70's) are very tidy and the house is totally new, new wood floors, new window treatments, new bathrooms, new unused appliances, new doors and fresh new paint. The Saturday arrived, 8:00am then 8:30am then 9:00am... I kept calling the company - no answer! Finally an answering service picked up and said they would try to reach the company. Veronica called after another 15 minutes - she said "may I help you" She had no idea that 2 ladies were due to clean that day. She said I will get the lady to your home within 30 minutes..... forgetting that she promised two people to clean. I had plans at noon and was not about to leave someone in the house for the first time. Two ladies did show. One was totally useless - I suspected that it was her first time cleaning. the other lady had to go over everything her partner did! After two hours (actually 4 man-hours of work...) the small kitchen had been done along with two bathrooms! The glass shower enclosure was so bad that my husband had to redo it. I had to clean the granite counters again..... they were all streaked! The cost for this job was $120. Nothing was done in the bedroom or the den or the living room..... The absolute WORST company to deal with! When I was called back on Monday I gave the company a chance to redeem themselves before writing this review - but no offer or compensation or apology was given! read more

I've been using Naked Clean for about a year and a half, and like many of the other reviewers the service has gone down hill consistently over time. If you are in a position to have a flexible schedule where they can come on the day they want, at the time they want (which most likely will not be the time they tell you) then go for it. You will get a mostly clean house, although dusting is one area that they are remarkably inconsistent with, particularly when pressed for time, which in my experience is most of the time. I am not going to mention my cleaner by name, but I've had the same one for the duration, a reason why I gave them the stars that I did. However, there seems to be a rotating cast for the assistants. I've also noticed that what started off as exemplary cleaning is now at good-fair cleaning levels. Along with the dusting, there seems to be various results with cleaning glass coffee tables, and bath tubs. Sometimes-immaculate. Other times, completely missed. Another issue is scheduling-I give them credit for being flexible on the reschedule, but one of the reasons I reschedule is because they cannot be counted on to show up anywhere near the time they tell you they will be there. Much like the cable company, they may show up 2, 3 or more hours late. This happens about 90% of the time, and I seem to be the last stop for them on their schedule, which is fine as long as you show up around the scheduled time. Again, this may be fine if you have the flexibility, but a problem if you have pets, work from home, etc. I was only provided with one option for a time/day when scheduled, another reason for the lack of stars, particularly when they cannot honor the restricted schedule they've imposed. I will say that the administrative staff are very prompt and responsive, but I'm not sure how much longer I'll continue to use. For a one time need, they probably are great. I was excited to find Naked Clean online. I suffer from allergies and I prefer green/natural cleaning products. There were three cleaning options listed to choose from. I said I wanted "Cootie Clean" the most expensive hypoallergenic cleaning that combined both probiotic products and steam cleaning which kills bacteria and dust mites. The gal on the phone told me that the steamers could be used on many surfaces (floors, counters, etc.). That had me sold. We discussed the price and I said I wanted one maid for 2.5 hours @ $40/hour. (I chose a cleaning service because I'm having a party and just needed certain areas of the house cleaned). We scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 9AM. They asked if I would be there- I said I would be there to let them in and instruct them and then head to work. Well they had not showed up by 9:30 so I called and got an answering machine. Ten minutes later they called back and said my cleaner would be another 10- 15 minutes late. (By this point I'm already very late for work). 20 minutes later, not one, but two maids appeared- not what I requested, and when I gave her my list of priorities for the 2.5 hours with steam cleaning all the floors being number one, she said she was not instructed to bring the steamer and didn't have it! I told her I was very clear about the service I ordered and she called the office. The woman called me back moments later and told me that I didn't request that service and even tried to tell me that she had said that they rarely use the steamer and didn't need it. She also used an excuse that they would never be able to do all the floors in 2.5 hours. I said how would you know if you have not been to my home?? While I had her on the phone I asked the maids, and they said they could do it in that time no problem. There were no apologies for miscommunication or helping me to re-schedule (which the maids were more than willing to do). She then bulldozed me into taking the basic cleaning service. The maids were very nice and did a decent job, although they were an hour late. But the customer service was terrible. I work in sales and the last thing you should do is be defensive and make up stories. You should want to make the customer happy so you get repeat business. Had she just confessed to the miscommunication and offered to re-schedule or take even a small percentage off the bill, I would be writing a pretty positive review right now. read more

Not the most professional outfit, adequate at best, but a truly strange experience from first call, to the appointment, to the responses from customer service after I relayed it didn't go well. To help all understand the range of reviews here, you should know that Naked Clean is more or less just a house cleaner referral service - you need someone, they have a list of cleaners, you get who get. So you could luck out and get a good cleaner or cleaning team, or you could end up with someone lower on the list, and so it goes. The team sent to me was well over an hour late, did an adequate job, but spent a bit too much time chatting rather than cleaning. And bringing an extra family member with them, someone who was apparently just there to talk, was just plain weird. That this was the first time I used them, let them know I was interested in a steady arrangement, found them on Yelp - and they sent over the odd group I had was puzzling. Perhaps they have enough business already, aren't looking for new steady customers. I've hired better privately, I needed someone the same week I called, won't be calling again. Again, this is simply a referral service - no cleaners on staff, just random cleaners from their Rolodex. I'd recommend finding a smaller, dedicated cleaning team, one that who you call is who you get, and they actually care about what you got. read more

Wishful thinking...to try yet again another cleaning service, my mistake. If you want something done right do it your self! So as a new mommy of a 4 week old my hands are full so to relieve stress I thought I'd give in and research a cleaning service that is a step above all the rest (professional website, good web reviews, natural cleaners, yadda yadda yadda...). Naked-Clean touts their Cootie-Cleaning Service package were they use "natural pro-biotic cleaners" and amazing service staff. Here's what we got, fleas, toilet brush relocated from side of toilet to sit on top of alarm clock in bedroom (YUK!) who does this? Still have my husbands whiskers around the sink faucet in master bathroom and also now around the kitchen counters (Angelica must have cross-used cleaning rags from the bathroom also in the kitchen (again...YUK!) who does this? Typically my house is not grimy at all we are pretty clean people but we have the typical tub/shower scum, dust bunnies and cat hair issues like anyone else, we wear our outside shoes inside the house and have wood floors so germs do live here. I wanted to de-stress by bringing in outside help, Naked-Clean seemed like the perfect solution from what I could research of them on the web so I gave them a chance. However once is enough I would not recommend them to anyone else. Since my standards are very high, perhaps I am being unfair and their level of service is acceptable fro the below average household but come on, fleas and cross using bathroom rags in food areas is simply disgusting. We paid full price and gave a tip, even though I chose to cut the service short by not having any of the floors cleaned using the special steam cleaning service I was so looking forward to but it just seemed like the cootie cleaning service was a cute gimmick "name" but falls way short of being unique and true to it's name. Save your money people and roll up your sleeves. I feel this review is fair and balanced. I just had a "spring clean" with Connie in Escondido and could not be happier with Naked Clean. I called on a Thursday and talked to Veronica, who answered all of my silly questions since I've never had a cleaning person come into a house I was living in. (I've only have had move-out services.) Veronica was great and friendly and got Connie scheduled in for Saturday. Both ladies gave me an estimate of 3.5-4 hours up-front, based on need and square footage. That's nice because I could figure out cost up-front. They say if the cleaning will take longer they will stop and tell you and let you decide if you want them to clean longer, but it seems they really know their stuff because Connie spent exactly 4 hours cleaning from top to bottom. This included my much-neglected fridge. She was very proud of the job she did in the fridge. I was VERY pleased with everything in the house. I really like the flat hourly rate - as that helps me budget. I'm partial to the fact that all cleaning supplies are green and friendly and the house didn't smell like disinfectant. I have a small condo and no pets or kids so I can't see needing a monthly service. But for $140 (not including tip) for 4 hours I can certainly see me calling Veronica/Connie back a few times a year for a good, deep clean. Maybe next time I'll have her hit the oven instead of the fridge. read more

They are punctual, prepared and precise. i was very specific as to how and what I wanted cleaned and not only did they do as I needed the first time, but remembered how I like it time and time again. Five star cleaning from Rosa and Jennifer but the customer service wasn't great. I was told the cleaners would arrive between 2:30 and 3:30 and by 4 nobody showed. I had to call the office who tracked down the crew and informed me they stopped to eat. I would have had no problem with that if the company simply called me and told me they were running late. There is nothing more annoying than a complete disregard for a customers time. Five stars for the cleaning crew. Two stars for the front office. read more

Overpriced but do a pretty good job. Also, they were late by an hour to 2 hours for the first 2/3 cleaning appointments. On the bright side, their service representatives are very friendly. Probably better to find a family cleaner (half the price) unless you are worried about liability or injuries on your property. read more

The only bad thing i have to say is that they are sometimes late but they do a great job cleaning. I've been a Marine for 10 years (so I know something about cleaning) and it was up to standard. They clean the inside of the fridge (they automatically do it) and the blinds, and do a great job dusting and they are really fast. They go room by room which is great bc I can still do whatever I need to get done without distraction. read more

Things started off well with Naked Clean but after the first time, it was more of an inconvenience than a service we wanted to keep. Every time something was not addressed, for example ceiling fans, dusting off photo frames, etc. Really it was little things but they add up. Also our cleaning scheduled changed each week which was extremely inconvenient. One week it was in the morning, then the next in the afternoon...we had to re-arrange our schedules for them as opposed to them catering to their client. Don't get me wrong, everyone was really nice but I was not impressed and had to go through and clean the areas that they missed weekly. read more

This is the second time Ive used Naked Clean and I'm happy to report that they are my NEW go-to maid service. I was using another service for a long time but I feel like they started getting sloppy and cutting corners b/c I had used them for such a long time and actually had a great relationship with them. But, Naked Clean does a superior job with the cleaning AND they use eco friendly products which is a pretty big deal to me b/c I have a pet and a 4 year old little boy. Try them out!
