Red Flag place all around DO NOT RISK YOUR FACE COMING HERE. EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED. I got a treatment with Ashlyn Monk a few weeks back and I can't carry on my conscience letting her get away with this anymore. I've gotten this treatment done about 10+ times before in many different places w several different girls. The procedure lasts 30 min TOPS for one area. She completely lacks experience and it's very noticeable. Just another nurse that was able to get her foot in aesthetics but is not properly trained or seasoned. She took AN HOUR PLUS poking my face for one single area! It was torturous and I felt like a lab rat getting experimented on. I was sitting there getting stabbed and rubbed with an alcohol wipe that tore through my skin and under eyes so long that I left with new wrinkles!!! Before doubting her, i was trying to trust the process. I assumed for that hour that maybe it was just precision and she was doing some sort of art but when I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe how sub par and bland the results were. I have mature skin and never expect a miracle at all. I could've excused the results if I wasn't getting stabbed for over an hour. On top of all of that they had a special going on that took several hundred dollars off the original price. At checkout the girl tried to charge me (without the discount) which is not a crime but rubbed me the wrong way. Feels like lack of ethics to run a special and try to charge full price because the customer is not aware. On top of that a tip option for injectable treatments? You're a nurse, not a barista. Not worth the time or pain. Even it being discounted did not make up for it. I wouldn't do it again even if it was free. I have a high pain tolerance and know that beauty is pain but this was completely unnecessary. You would've thought I was getting 100 units of Botox with all the times she stabbed into my face. This place is not worth it. Many other good places in Burbank to go to. Don't waste your money. I never write reviews and let most things slide but I don't think any women should go through what I just did. There's a reason this place is empty. Ps: there's a reason there's only 5 star reviews and 1 star. The 5 star ones are from friends and family. 1 star reviews are real costumers. No in between. Don't risk your face. read more

I have been so pleased with the laser treatment here and it is all because of Lilit. I was so scared to start especially because I don't have much tolerance to pain. My hair would grow back after laser and I wouldn't understand why, but Lilit explained to me that I have to be on higher settings in order to see results. I have been a client here for 2+ years and I can say with confidence that this place is a SCAM. The management and the owner has carefully curated a system and train their employees to regurgitate talking points that keep their clients coming back to give them more money. I've probably wasted $2,000+ on these scammers. I have had 25 underarm laser sessions and18 bikini sessions and I still have a significant amount of hair. They don't turn up the laser to high levels to keep you coming back to give them more money. They claim that the laser should be "painless." I doubt targeting and killing hair follicles is painless. I promise you that the laser doesn't work. No employee can give a straight answer to your questions. They can't address concerns from clients that have been paying for years on why they have minimal to no lasting results. If I stop going for two months, all my hair would grow back. (UPDATE: it only took ONE missed session for all the hair to grow back). That laser never worked!!! For the record, I have extremely pale skin and dark hair. They have trained their employees to say things like... "Everyone's journey is different." "There isn't a set amount of sessions where you will see results." "We can't say when you will see results." "We can't say in what time frame that hair doesn't grow back." HOW ARE YOU CLUELESS ON HOW MANY TREATMENTS IT TAKES FOR YOUR LASER TO ACTUALLY WORK!!!??? They cannot give a straight answer to a direct question such as : "how many sessions does the average client go through before they see lasting results and only require maintenance treatments?" They literally cannot answer this one question. The only question that matters at a LASER HAIR REMOVAL business. So, basically their strategy is to string you along for as many sessions as possible and keep taking your money. Unethical. Immoral. Total scam. DISCLAIMER: I felt bad so I deleted this one-star review previously, but after seeing ALL the hair grow back after ONE missed session, this place and the owner absolutely deserve this review. I decided to come here to get my lips injected for first time ever. I got a full syringe on March 18, 2021, just a week before my trip to Mexico which lasted 2 weeks. I called today to book an appointment and spoke to front desk Krista, I advise what was the situation with my lip and wanted to book an appointment. The soonest appointment they had was for July 7th, over a month from now. I asked her if I needed to get a second syringe or if it might had to be disolved, she said I had to let them know right away about this not almost 4 months after. Ummm it has burly been 2 months, then she proceed to say that it was normal for Juvederm to do this type of forms in the lips specifically if it was my first time. I just do not feel confortable going back to this place after I spoke to her, she was very rude and literally was saying it was my fault. I have coarse thick dark hair to the point you can see the dark hair ends under my skin. After a few sessions those dark spots are gone and my hair has barely grown back at all.
