Not a great experience. I was quoted a price list through instagram DM for a model call. Once Cassandra I believe her name was, the beauty consultant came in she gave me a different price for the procedures that I replied in DM that I wanted done. I told her I was already quoted. She said they can only honor those prices if I sign up for a membership with them. I became frustrated and explained that was never mentioned in the quote. She took a picture of the quote and showed the regional manager that was there and even then, they only offered one of the listed discounted procedures. She then tried to upsell me on forehead tox, saying the forehead tox and the procedure I wanted which was the elevens, should be injected at the same time, but I wasn't interested. In fact, my injector said they only recommended getting both done if you're just coming in for forehead tox, which I wasn't. She then tried to upsell me on an upgraded lip filler and I told her I like the one I got last time and want to stick with it. She rebuttled saying she strongly doesn't recommend that one and it's can cause my lips to look protruded like they do now. My injector ended up saying that's just my facial anatomy because of an overbite I had in the past. I had to have told Cassandra no a few times before I voiced how uncomfortable I felt. read more

I just wanted to share my experience with you. Today, Amanda and Francis took great care of me and I couldn't be happier with the results! I came in wanting to get some filler for the lines on my face, but after talking to them, I decided to go with Sculptra injection instead, which was something new for me. I told one of the girls in the front would think about it and she kept on insisting that I should just start paying to "lock in the price". Don't believe them because they always have deals. I actually felt pressured to say yes because she wouldn't shut her mouth. Anyways I had to go back and get my lip filler and ofc, I wasn't happy with the results. My lips were super uneven. I guess it was just my fault for not going with my instinct and just leaving. I regret not just walking when she was trying to convince me.
