I came here for a zo minimalist facial with Trinity. The waiting area was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Trinity quickly came out to get me and took me to a room. My facial lasted about an hour. They use medical grade products that smell amazing. She also did extractions focusing on my nose and chin. Lastly she finished off with some red light therapy. I came in for lip filler, Vivi was my injector. She came off as knowledgeable and confident. She was so sweet and welcoming. In the following days my lips looked pretty pale so she was very consistently and closely following my healing process which I appreciated. By today they still weren't looking quite right, had some clear painless bubbles in my lower lip, she had me come in and I got those areas dissolved. She told me to make another follow up appointment in a few weeks to add back in some of that volume that had to be dissolved. She made the whole process of going about this complication smooth and easy and I appreciate her a lot. I think it was Jessica? After venting about my experience she asked me if I would give them another chance even though it has been months. The team I worked with ws professional, patient and knowledgeable. I walked away with exactly what I wanted in the first place. I went to this location for my second time getting lip fillers and had a great experience! Alma did my consultation and numbing. She was extremely thorough with the numbing especially, she really painted it on and let me know I'd wait 15 minutes for it to set in. Sandra was my injector and she was very knowledgeable about my anatomy, and what she can do to give me ideal results! She has a light handed touch. I am such a low pain tolerance wimp and literally did not feel the B12 shot! The pain from my lip injections was extremely mild in comparison to last time (done elsewhere). I think the biggest difference is them giving me enough time to have the numbing fully set in! Both Sandra and Alma are great at what they do, and easy to talk to as well! I would definitely feel comfortable to come back here! I don't believe in posting results from right after as swelling is inevitable. I'd like to post my results when I am one week in (when most swelling will likely subside) and then when I am at least two weeks in (fully healed). read more

it's nice and everything but it's also weird here. they will call, email, text multiple times to confirm your appointment. it doesn't matter how many times you confirm yes they will still ask again and again. then when you show up *On Time* to your appointment, you STILL have to wait 40 mins just to see the consultant who upsells you like crazy. then you wait another 15 to see the actual injector. i told the consultant that i just wanted the "same thing i got last time" and they will act like you got way more things than you actually did. i don't even think they keep a record of who did your last session and what you got. the consult doesn't even look at your face for your unique concerns. they look at your face but just go down the list of things people normally get. like for example, i don't have crows feet and i didn't mention it was a concern to me, and they asked if i wanted botox there. like girl stop. and they hit you with "it's preventative :)" like ok i'm gonna prevent my next appointment then. read more

Today I was supposed to have a follow-up visit following my micro needle procedure done at the Naked MD Torrance location. I have had a traumatic experience and reaction to one of my micro needle treatments. I was told to show up here to follow up with the doctor. The staff must have not been aware of my appointment time or how severe my situation is, as they were all in high spirits of the holiday. What did concern me was the outdated business license which expired in 2015. Also them trying to coarse me into signing a falsified document, waving over my rights to corrective solutions. Just filled w peace soon as I entered this place. Such calm, spa like vibes with the pretty wood paneling and pretty scents! All the staff is super professional and cute! I came with my wife for a consultation for her lips. She wasn't sure if she wanted to go through with it yet so the girl in front asked if she'd like to get them done. My wife politely declined and said she would have to think about it some more. The girl asked if she was sure and even offered a payment plan to pay in installments so we wouldn't have to pay everything up front. Again, my wife declines. The girl was persistent and kept asking if she was sure and even texted her a link to set up payment even offering Apple Pay. We came here because of all the good reviews but after seeing how pushy and desperate the girl in front was, we won't be going back. I've gotten lip fillers in the past, but I was driving to TJ to get the procedure done. I did not want to do that, so when I came across this place on instagram, I really wanted to check it out. Here is how it went: The place itself is really nice and clean. The girls in the front desk are very approachable and friendly. I had to complete a few consent forms before going into the room. While in the room, one of the girls walked in, introduced herself, and asked about my previous experience with lip filler, if I had any concerns, or if I had any questions. She really took her time with explaining the procedure, as well as educating me on a few things about lip fillers, which I really liked. Then she proceeded to apply numbing cream. After 10-15 min, the NP (I wish I could remember her name) walked in. She was absolutely amazing. Very light handed, which was great. I'm a sucker for pain and needles, so I really appreciated how comforting and nice she was. I did not feel that it was rushed and I would say it was a 3/10 pain. Overall, I had a great experience. Their prices are reasonable. The staff is welcoming. And I really felt like they listened to my requests and we were both on the same page regarding how I wanted my lips to come out. I highly recommend going here! I will definitely come back for other treatments, such as a facial, when I can! read more
