I've been bringing my boys here monthly for about 7 months now & couldn't be happier with their grooms. Everyone at Nala's has been great with my boys & you can tell they truly care about their jobs because they actually take the time to make sure your pet feels comfortable rather than just rushing. From drop off to pickup the communication is great & I appreciate the report card that includes photos. Booking process is extremely easy as well. Definitely the best grooming option in the area!

The online booking was quick and easy, they arrived on time, sent me a before and after photo and Sydney was incredible. Our dog hasn't been groomed in a while and is very timid. She was patient, loving and he looks amazing!

The guy butchered my dog. My dog didn't have any matting at all. He did not even trim my dog as we suggested. And he also nipped my dog a few times with clippers. He of course did deny the nipping of clippers. I really don't recommend this groomer. There are way better options out there. Alex is the best and I won't go anywhere else. I saw Nalas grooming van in my work parking lot and chased down the owner. I saw the picture of a husky on the logo of his van and that is what attracted me the most. I have 3 Huskies and was desperate. I set the appointment right then and there. He fit all 3 of my dogs in 1 day, showed up 10 mins early, and made miracles happen. I am very impressed with how easy it was to set the appointment, got reminder of appointment, and the actual grooming process. Your phenomenal Alex! If I could give 10 stars I would. I found a pup, literally on my front door. This senior girl looked shockingly neglected. I scheduled an appointment with Nala Grooming. They showed up on time and spent 2+ hours working on this poor pup. The cost was ridiculously affordable. Exceptionally professional. Nalas Grooming was established in 2022. We realized there was a need for a grooming service when the lead times to book our own fur babies was getting longer and longer. After much thought, we decided to pursue this venture and provide grooming services to our local communities. We obtained our certifications and began going to work. Our mobile unit is self sustained and does not require the use of any utilities which allows us to service you without delay. Our salon is located on 26440 Jefferson Ave. Murrieta. We hope to have your pet as our client so we can pamper them with quality grooming services and build long lasting relationships.

Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

I was desperate to find a groomer for my granddoggie, Simon, a toy poodle, and my husband discovered Nala's Grooming online. After doing a little research, I called with a long list of questions, and the staff couldn't have been MORE gracious, kind, and patient. I found them to be sincere as they took their time, answered everything thoroughly, and treated me as if we were their only customer (knowing, of course, they were busy). Their appointment system is wonderful as there are no long kennel waits for the pups, which can (and do) cause kennel stress in many breeds. When I picked Simon up, he was calm, cheerful, and completely comfortable. As a certified dog trainer who reads dog body language, that told me everything I needed to know. The final product of the grooming result are also worth mentioning, too, of course. I knew he needed to be shaved, showed them pictures of what we did and did not want, and deeply expressed that I did not want him to experience any discomfort. They were honest and said that there was a spot or two that would be a little difficult and that he could feel discomfort but they would see to it he would be cared for with the utmost kindness. Based on his response when I picked him up, I found this to be true. Our dogs will tell us everything if we pay attention and understand what they say. The haircut and bath itself was good…read more What I wasn't a fan of was the communication before the appointment. I booked an appointment online and got a confirmation. Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

Robert is hands down the best groomer I have ever had work with my pet. He is extremely friendly, professional and very skilled at what he does. When we first started using his services, he would take time to make sure he understood the type of cut we wanted and if he needs to make modifications, he lets us know right away. She really tended to her coat and shaped her perfectly. She looks beautiful. The best I've ever seen her groomed.
