Today was our first time using this mobile groomer for our 1yo Shiba Inu and Alisha was great with her. First off, I appreciate that I received an appointment notification after I booked the time then received another reminder a couple of days before the scheduled time. On the day of the appointment, Alisha, arrived early and spent an hour grooming our Lily. Alisha did a thorough job with her and we were very happy with the outcome, Lily came back really soft and smelling good.

I'd most likely use them again because they did a good job. --I'm hoping we got what we paid for I did my research prior--- The bad reviews throughout yelp regarding this business (which are minimal) were analyzed by me but it's not hard to visualize /comprehend the scenarios. Things like these happen in all businesses. I highly recommend them for services --I'm pretty sure they love animals ...

Had a great experience yesterday. Mobile dog spa arrived on time, very professional and thorough. Each dog got special treatment based on breed and our requests such as making sure all the matting was out of the fur. Our two border Aussies and one beagle looked great and smelled great after their bath and trim. Highly recommend. You just know when somebody has a good demeanor with animals and that was my overall impression.

I had such an amazing experience with Ooh Lala Mobile Dog Spa! They made it super easy to book and the entire process from start to finish was great. She texted me an hour before and told me her estimated time of arrival, and arrived right at the time she said. If I could I would not have gave even 1 In my opinion; I would not recommend this Dog Spa, I've had previous experience with the owner and in my opinion she may have the ability to groom dogs however her ability to interact with an dog is strange and up front Alicia (owner) acts like she has a caring heart for animals but behind closed doors in my experience with Alicia she has no recollect or a heart for any animal, thus their not safe in her care. read more

Not a dog person not my dog but I gotta say the work done here is definitely above and beyond what my cousin usually gets done at her regular pet trim spot. She has one of those small puff dogs and it was not only trimmed down by styled in a way that had me saying "wow look at you pup!" Aha the girl with the colorful vibrant hair was helpful. We have been trying to find a good groomer for a long while now because our dog, Knowles, usually shakes and seems very upset when she gets back from other groomers but when we switched to Ooh La La, she comes back inside in the happiest mood possible. On that alone, they have earned a lifetime customer. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking to not only get a great deal on grooming but also a wonderfully pleasant experience for your dog. My little old man Max has super high anxiety and is extremely squimish... I've been denied service at sooooo many places because of his special needs and his anxiety. I found Ooh lala on yelp and decided to give them a shot to see if they can help my little man... All I can say is wow. They were quick, and did a fantastic job on him!!! First off, they were super easy to book, they have someone text you and their online payment system is super convenient and easy to use. Second, they were so quick!!! He was done within an hour, other places would take 4+ hours with him. Absolutely will be using them again, they were patient with him and he didnt come back in the home traumatized like he has from other groomers. Thank you so much Sabrina!!!!!! read more

Sabrina was my groomer and she is a serious dog lover which is huge for me. She's bubbly well mannered and handles my Pomeranian perfectly every time. He's so calm with her and always a perfect trim. Fantastic! She got back to my text at the end of her day, answered all my questions, came out I think the next day or within that week I believe. Friendly, was on time, didn't need anything from my accept my pup !! I had one lady who needed to borrow my cell phone, needed to use my water hose ; which is all fine, but then ooh la la came and I actually liked that she came prepared and ready to go !! I have used them a couple times now both times wonderful job and we have a big ol Husky! He's a huge dog. He's a fur ball every time. And they're him spiffy and beautiful. They were a little more pricey then what I have paid w other services but they do spend more time. So I can't complain. He is all white and they make him like WHITE... great service worth the time and money and they come when I ask. Both times easy to schedule. Ryan to the rescue! Our SR dog had a grooming "emergency". His back legs gave out & he fell, then thrashed, in his own waste. He was a pretty stinky mess. Too cold to leave him outside, too stinky to bring him inside! Ryan was able to fit us in and he took extra time and very gentle care of our "old dude". He looks so handsome & smells GREAT! BONUS: NO generator. I gladly let groomer plug in to my outlet for a QUIETER, less stressful experience for my dog. read more

What a wonderful experience. This was my 1st using any groomer service for my boy as I normally do it all myself but it was getting too stressful for me. Ryan came and did a wonderful job on our pup. He showed up early and was very professional and walked me through what he was doing as he could tell I was a little uneasy. I had never seen my dogs coat look better. The cut he did looked great, and im sure it wasn't easy because his hair grows in all different directions. I can't say enough great things about Ooh La La. I will be using them again for sure!!! I've now used this grooming service twice and wanted to share my wonderful experience with everyone. I love that my dog gets all the one-on-one attention he needs when he is being groomed. Unlike other grooming site offices, he doesn't get anxious or nervous from all the other dogs barking and running around at those other places. He gets to be pampered and doted on by two friendly professional helpers. They really care about him and he's so happy with himself when they're done. Just look at his picture and that smile! I have been in the Pet Industry for 17+ years. I started off managing a retail pet store and discovered my heart was in dog grooming. I graduated from an accredited academy and have been a pet stylist ever since. Now that I have the experience working for somebody else I take with me the knowledge of what works and what doesn't. Mobile grooming fits best with my ideals because it is usually less stressful for pets, pet parents and groomers alike. I used to go to one of the top pet salons in the city and paid half what Elite is charging today. $55 for a small dog grooming, $35 for just a bath, glands and nails. For what they charge I could get both of my dogs bathed and groomed for half the price. Nail's were $10. More power to you if the folks in Tennessee will pay for what you're charging.

I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

Ooh La La Dog Spaw comes highly recommended. Alisha is by far the most caring and talented groomer there is in this town. My Bella had a few bad experiences elsewhere and Alisha is so gentle and patient with her that she was able to groom my nervous girl and not only did she look good but she looked like a work of art! She always smells good and the products she uses on her makes her coat so soft and silky. I absolutely love that she uses happy hoodies on the dogs to protect their ears from the noise of the dryer. Bella can't even stand the sound of the vacuum. I've tried to wash and dry her at home but she gets so terrified. I was able to watch from the window and Bella wasn't even crying! We just got a new puppy a few months ago and I wanted Shadow to have a good first experience that Bella didn't. He absolutely loves her! He even got the cutest little neck tie along with his groom. Alisha suggested we switch Shadow to a grain free and poultry free dog food when he started suffering from itchy red skin and a stinky smelling ear shortly after we brought him home. After a month on the new food his skin was completely back to normal and the hair he started to chew off came back! Thank you for taking such good care of us! read more

Today was my first time using a mobile dog grooming service. After the services provided by Ooh La La Dog Spaw, I will be a loyal client for life! Not only was everything very clean & sanitary, the Groomer/Owner Alisha went above and beyond to make sure my precious pooch was comfortable and did a better job than most hairstylist for People :) Showed up on time, very friendly & would highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking about Mobile Grooming or switching Groomers. My dog is usually stressed out the entire day even long after she's home from the groomers.... She was so happy & playful & not stressed at all!! Alisha was my dog's groomer prior to her starting her own mobile grooming business, Ooh La La Dog Spaw. Maggie, a Cairn Terrier, is almost 15 years old so I just didn't want to put her through the stress of a new groomer. She gets nervous just riding in the car! So I sought out Ooh La La Dog Spaw and I'll never use anything else. The convenience of having the doggie spaw pull up outside our townhome while I was able to get dinner made was awesome.
