HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The lady who works at 6:30 pm on a Thursday totally fu*ked up my brows! She left me with an actual BALD spot..she has the audacity to tell me it was "thin before" and that she didn't do anything but I think I know I didn't have a BALD spot for the last 25 years of my existence!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I wish I just walked out the door without paying because I would not even want that service for free. You can see what my natural eyebrows looked like before and then after she completely butchered one. So to answer your question lady, no. It was NEVER like that before. I wish I got her name. She is short and young looking. I've been there once before and the other lady did a decent job. I am just so upset after this experience! For my first time getting a wax, which I told the lady who was waxing me, she just smiled and immediately went to work. She only used one cloth of muslin on me (which didn't remove all of my hairs). She wasn't gentle, nor comforting it seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. It was extremely painful and I needed a few pauses in between because of the unbearable pain, though she still was trying to rush me to get it over with. I didn't like there customer service and the place isn't 100% sanitary! For my first experience, it was very unpleasant, I didn't feel taking cared of at all and I probably will never go back! read more

Came to go get my eyebrows done. Signed in and there was one girl ahead of me. Three more people came in. After about ten minutes of waiting, two of those people walked out. I asked the girl ahead of me how long she had been waiting and she said half an hour! I waited about 15 minutes until I walked out and went to another place. Throughout that time, no one had come out to greet us or even say "I'll be right with you." I gave them two stars because the studio was the clean and the price was reasonable. Just left from an awesome Brazilian wax by Sabbu! I have been looking for a new place because my regular wax girl moved. Trying new people for a Brazilian has been no fun but after today's visit I've found my new person. Making an appointment was easy. I was lucky enough to park on the street right in front of the shop. The waxing room was clean. I was in and out of the waxing room in 10 minutes tops. Thank you for making my first eyebrow threading perfect! I arrived around 4:00 as a walk in. There was about a 10 minute wait and the job itself only took about 5 minutes. I was worried it would hurt (the reason I haven't waxed my eyebrows or really tweezed them in years) but it was really painless. It felt more like a tiny pricks. 3/10, if waxing is a 7/10. Worst brow experience I've ever had. I was left with the thinnest brows I've ever seen after specifying to the lady to leave it thick. I've had bad brows before but this can't even compare. She then proceeded to gaslight me and say that she did leave it thick as possible - it took me 5 months to grow my eyebrows back and even then I haven't been able to get the same shape. Every other brow artist I've went to since is shaken up by the damage as there are still gaps in my brows which haven't grown back. I have come here for 4 years but after that experience I will never come back. They just try to finish the job as fast as possible and have no talent for shaping brows. They also are very rough and I was left with little cuts under my eyebrows afterwards. My brows used to be one of my best features and it doesn't seem like they'll ever recover. I don't like leaving negative reviews and have been debating whether or not to share. However, I hope no one has to experience what I do. I came here nervous to say the least. I had never gotten a Brazilian wax and let alone any type of wax on me so this was my first time. When I say she made it the most comfortable I mean I felt like a regular customer whose been going there for years.
