I came in for eyebrow threading. I had a lady by the name of Monisha help me. What I wanted was the iconic Marilyn Monroe eyebrow, basically with a very high pointed arch, quite dramatic. I showed her a picture of Marilyn on my phone to convey exactly what I was talking about. It went well. After the threading, she rubbed a bit of fresh aloe on my brows to sue the skin and I was promptly on my way. I believe at this location, they really just do threading, so it's not at all intended to be a lengthy spa experience. This is a quick convenience in an out, kind of place to quickly get eyebrows shaved or have facial hair removed and be on your way. The price for eyebrows was $12. There was a fan and the place appeared to be clean and fresh. I would certainly recommend this place. read more

Sunita has been my go-to brow lady since 2016. She is so kind, gentle and skilled with her craft. I have pretty fluffy eyebrows and she does an amazing job shaping and trimming them down so they still look quite full but structured. I just love her! She's open again for service and is now able to thread while wearing a mask. I visited the other day (June 2021) and felt super safe. On top of that, there is also a rewards program for the regulars. Get your brows threaded 6 times, and the 7th one is free. Regardless of the state of my brows, Sunita always does a great job with shaping them to perfection. She takes her time and does a meticulous job every time. The shop is kept neat and clean, and there is a candy plate at the register. Aside from brow threading, there are other facial threading options, brow tinting services, and eyelash extension and removal services. The prices and quality here cannot be beaten. Just note that the shop opens at 10 A.M., but Sunita is sometimes a few minutes late so just come after 10:30 A.M. to be on the safe side. read more

So, I came to this place because my regular lady is in the middle of relocating to a bigger location and wont be available till 2 weeks and i have a party to go to tomorrow. So after yelping, found out this place was close to me and had good review. I went in and asked for eyebrows and upper lips. She did eyebrows, upper lips, and chin. No one asked you to do chin and i don't have hair there but now thanks to her my chin has rashes and I have a party to go to tmw .... My upper lips look good, eyebrows are cleaner than they were but one eyebrow is bushier than the other, like that could have been fixed with a little more trimmings. I figured if she is as good as her yelp reviews, she may become my regular as she is closer to me, but no thank you read more

After having a so so experience at Roopa's salon and a TERRIBLE one at KSA threading, I have been reluctant to have anyone touch my brows again. I saw the ratings on this place and figured I should give it a shot since the last person who threaded my brows messed up my entire brow shape and left both eyebrows uneven. As I arrive I'm greeted by the two lovely ladies working there. I was a bit scared because it was my first time here and I didn't really check the reviews for this place, but I was in a hurry and was willing to risk it all. I'm trying my best to read the name on the card (Colleta, Caleta ??) im not 100 percent sure that's her name so I apologize in advance. She is the sweetest lady ever. She was so gentle on my brows, not only did she clean my brows, she also reshaped my brows back to the shape I originally had without me having to ask. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Dropped in during my lunch break for a quick shape up. Don't know what the woman's name was who did my brows but it was rough. After 15 minutes of rubbing the shit out of my lids, she decided she was done, wiped my brows with a tissue, and she handed me a mirror. My eyebrows looked pretty much the same as when I walked in. Didn't have the patience or pain tolerance to sit any longer, so I just handed her my $15 and walked out. read more

I went here last Friday, and I loved it! Prior to here, I was going to Ziba in Glendale. I have had unpleasant experiences at ZIba before, but kept going back till my eyebrows were complete uneven, I decided I had enough. I was so scared to try a new place. Thank God for Yelp! I came here on Friday mid-day. It wasn't crowed, which I loved. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the lady's eyebrows, and they were gorgeous. I've always thought that if, for example, my hairstylist's hair doesn't look good, mines won't either. So the fact that her eyebrows looked great made me feel at ease. She did an amazing job! Awful job - I explicitly said I like the shape a already had and I just wanted a clean up but instead I got uneven, wonky eyebrows that were too thin at the ends. VERY inexperienced threader. My left eyebrow in particular is horrible. And she didn't even pluck stray hairs and trim the brow hairs like other places. Waste of money and now I'm going to have awful eyebrows till my hair grows out and then I'll have to go to Aruna in Hollywood to get them corrected. read more

Sunita is great! Found this place back in January and can't go anywhere else anymore . She is so gentle and does an amazing job. She takes her time and is very sweet. I've never had to wait more than 10 min to be helped which I love since I always end up deciding last min that I need to get my eyebrows done. They do offer parking in the lot next door, you have to pay upfront for parking , cash only. Once you get your validation they give you that money back. Free parking at a downtown salon is always always a plus. Another perk is they take debit/credit at no extra charge! No need to make a stop for cash before coming here. read more

Love getting my eyebrows done here. It's consistent and I never have to give instructions of what I want, its like she already knows and the results are always perfect! Conveniently located in DTLA at broadway and 7th, there's a lot of signage on the street so it can be easy to miss. They do provide validated 1 hr parking but I would recommend taking the Metro and making a day of it in DTLA.
