Hello my fellow Yelper's!! Wanted to give you my feedback about this place. I was on Groupon and found this place that does Brazilian waxes..sweet!So I made an appointment to get a Brazilian wax for Friday at 11am. It's unclear of where to park at this place, so I ended up parking next door where there is a corner market. I was greeted immediately when walking in. Now mind you, I got there quite early from my appointment, however, they still took me in(brownie points for being accommodating peeps). I was directed to a room where my waxing would take place. I may be somewhat of a germaphobe, but, I notice the wax machine was uncovered and exposed with the wax stick already in there. Thoughts came in my head like "OMG how long has that been sitting in there?"and "will they use that on me?" I inquired with the worker if they use hardwax instead and they do not :( Needless to say I went thru with the wax fearful of what the aftermath may be. Thank the Lawd , I had no reaction however I probably won't go back. The 3 stars was for the customer service, they need to offer more variations of waxing, and the place needs to be sanitary. read more

I'm definitely becoming a regular here. Went in today for a Brazilian Wax that I purchased on Groupon for $18. Kabita helped me‍ and she was super sweet, and talkative throughout the wax so I felt at ease. I came in a few minutes past my appointment because I went to the wrong place google took me to and she was very understanding. No double dipping! Yay! The place is recent so not too fixed up, its kind of a hole in the wall lol but I'll be returning, they are clean and friendly. Also, they are VERY fast at responding and making appointments, by both phone and messaging. You girls are great! read more

I'M IN LOVE!! I've been living in L.A for 9 months now, and I've only tried two eyebrow places before Namaste. Both were soooo far from what I asked for, and even gave examples! Today, I went in and gave one example and they nailed it! Definitely worth the trip! read more

I've been coming here for over a year now. I always go to Sabu. She's super talented and I go to her mostly because she has the patience for my ocd dramatics. She always shows me that she's using a new eyebrow brush and wipes down my seat. she's all about what the customer wants which has resulted in my brows actually growing and getting the shape that I desire every time. The ladies here are so welcoming and professional. During my wax the lady that helped me was supper professional and announced what she was going to do before she did it. I also got my eyebrows threaded and that young lady was extremely attentive and suggested what shape I should go for. They also take Apple Pay which is amazing since I don't like to carry a purse/wallet. I totally recommend this place! read more

This place is a gem! I got a deal on Groupon and came here for a Brazilian wax. I called an hour ahead and they got me an appointment in the morning. Did not have to worry about parking since I took Uber from Ktown. I was there 10 mins before my appointment. The place looked really clean and then I was instantly greeted by the staff. They took me to the wax room; and I was left alone to change. Kaabita was my esthetician and she was beyond amazing! She was really gentle and not awkward at all. Made the process fast, and least painful. I was also able to squeeze in underarms waxing at the same time. She was very accommodating as I did not make an appointment for that. Overall great service! I came here for some eyebrow threading as recommended by my boyfriend. I'm very glad I did! The employee was very friendly from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. She made me feel very comfortable with the entire process (I've only ever gotten my eyebrows threaded a couple of times). Also, to make matters even better my eyebrows looked very clean and amazing afterward.To top it off, the prices were also very good! Definitely recommend anyone from the USC area or just anywhere to come by this cute place. You won't regret it! read more

Absolutely the most terrible brazillian waxing experience I have ever had. If you didn't make an appointment, don't expect to be treated kindly and expect snarky remarks. Im 5 months pregnant and havent had a wax for a while but I came here when they first opened and had no problems so I thought everything would be peachy. Boy was I wrong. From the moment I cane in without an appointment I was barely spoken to and when I was it was snarky and sarcastic. The woman who did my wax was beyond rude. I tried to tell her it had been a while and I was feeling a little tender. She walked in, didn't bother to introduce herself or ask my name and immediately started waxing and moving at the speed of lightning at that. I asked her to stop because at this point I'm in tears and hurting I asked her to slow down. She didn't speak to me the whole time other than to tell me to bite my pants if it was hurting that bad. She continued to ignore me so I asked her to stop again because I wanted to leave. That's right. I left Mid wax. When I went to the front she started speaking to who I'm assuming is the manager or the owner in another language (same woman who qas snarky when I git there) and left me standing there for a while until she finished her side of the story. Instead of asking for my side or about my service or why I didn't finish, she just told me since I didn't finish I could leave without paying and went back to doing eyebrows. Thank God I'm not a first time waxer or this would be enough to scar me from ever getting waxed again. Instead I'm just never coming back here. I rather be set on fire. read more

When I went for my first Brazilian, I was beyond terrified after hearing other people's experiences. But the staff here are very professional and friendly. My first time here with Brazilian wax. I was so scared of it because my friends keep telling me that it's very painful. Honestly It's was hurt some part of it and after done waxing not hurt at all. Please save yourself the frustration and the bad experience!!! I just literally had the lady with short hair ruin my full set of brows!! I've been going to Sabu for a few years now and I'm so happy she has her own studio! Cute, clean and free parking available! I really like that she pays attention to the eyebrow shape and listens to your instructions. It was my first time there & definitely not a great/satisfying experience. This review is specifically for the older woman with glasses that helped me out & did my eyebrows. First off she didn't sanitize her hands before helping me out & she kept touching & moving my face around. I felt so uncomfortable. Second of all she left my eyebrows uneven. She threaded way more than she was supposed to from my right eyebrow. And lastly she left cuts under both of my eyebrows which are now burning. My eyebrows are still throbbing from the pain. I regret not asking the younger lady that was there to do my brows. read more

Love this place!! Its officially my new go-to!!! Clean place and polite staff. I got a full face thread and WOW! The young woman that did my face was gentle and very kind. This was my first full face threading and it was well worth the price! The price for a full face was $25. I think that is a fair price and most definitely well worth it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Okay so this place is relatively new - and right away I must say it's great! I recommend you take time to explore it until they get too many clients there so that you would actually have to wait. Another thing - you can get an appointment there just by chatting with them in yelp - very convenient and something that I do all the time. Not many places around USC that have this option! Also you do check-in there and you get 10% off! About the service per se - great! I did Brazilian waxing. Not painful, really very quick - just what I need. They now have some discounts on brow-services so I might wanna do this as well. Great place - very clean, quick and professional! Everybody was wearing masks, they gave me hand sanitizer as soon as I walked, and disinfected the chair. They have a super cute dog! My brows looked perfect and were only $8. Door says cash only but you can use your debit card for 50 cents extra. read more

Needs to update there website. I went on a Sunday and it was close even though there site said it was open.

I walked in and it was a nice ambience. The aesthetician was friendly and professional. We had good conversations while got my bikini and I look forward to going back and bringing my friends. The one thing I did not like was the smell in the spa room which can easily be fixed. As far as appearances its not extremely elegant but nevertheless has elegance. I appreciate the honey wax they use and well I saw two women come in for eyebrow threading and well they left the chair looking amazing. I'm thinking I may want to try brows. But I do know I plan to return in three weeks (: My true rating is 3.5 because there's only one person and the smell. Other than that I'd give 4 read more
