    Goat Kalimirch

3.5. Namaste is located in a shopping plaza right off of busy Street road in Warminster. The atmosphere was laid back and the service was good. We enjoyed the complimentary crisp cracker with dips served before our meal. Lamb and goat dishes were pretty good. A few pieces of the goat could have been more tender. The lamb curry was very good, not sure I'd get the goat Kalimirch again. The flavor was not as deep and comforting as the curry. The basmati rice was fragrant with spices and cooked well and the garlic naan was so good we got a second order. Would like to try some more of their menu offerings soon.

Found this spot while going to a bakery next door and decided to give it a try. The food was so delicious, it was very flavorful. I did get some appetizers and they were OK. I loved the chicken biriyani, it's one of my favorites.

Best Indian food I've ever tasted (as an American with American tastes). Service is wonderful and the energy of the staff is lovely. Everything was delicious!

Ordered a chicken vindaloo curry and it was just a lot of spice but no actual taste. Nothing close to an actual Indian curry.

For the 7 that decided to go family-style, we shared: - Nepali Himalayan noodles with egg and vegetables (so good that we got a second round!); - Nepali Himalayan chicken fried rice (another table favorite!); and - 5 momo orders (goat, chicken x3, and shrimp) all of which were tasty, though personally I liked the savory ones more than the sweeter (e.g., the chicken tika momo) and the chicken and shrimp more than the goat, which had great flavor but was tougher than the others). We had one diner in our group who didn't love spicy food, so we stayed at a level 2 for most dishes. We did get the goat at a level-4 and it wasn't that spicy. Would definitely level up next time, depending who came along! A few diners got Mango Lassis, which were thick and delicious. Service was good and it seemed like the restaurant was also churning out take-out orders. Can't wait to go back!

The filling seemed to be cabbage and potato. The filling in the Shrimp Tandoori Momo was diced shrimp. Both had good flavor. Neither was really spicy though I remember from a past visit that other varieties are. The mango lassi was refreshing. Four stars instead of five because one entree is really not enough for a meal. A little more filling in the dumplings might've helped with that. I would still go back.

We ordered the sizzling chicken momos - I wish I ordered more of these because these were delicious and the sauce on it was so good. I ordered the chicken manchurian but it was nothing like I was expecting... chicken manchurian usually has some stir fried veggies with it. This felt more like a teriyaki chicken because the sauce was dark and the soy flavor was overwhelming so I couldn't taste much else. My husband got the beef noodles, which were alright. Good flavor in the sauce coating the noodles and the beef was ok but nothing special. Parking is available in the small lot. Overall, I'd come back just to order a bunch of dumplings but nothing else.

I was so happy to hear that they opened another restaurant in Glen Cove! Plenty of street parking is available, and they even have a shared parking lot in back of the restaurant! I parked in the back, and entered the restaurant via the backdoor! Note that there are stairs at the back entrance, so if you can't do stairs, it's best to park in front of the restaurant. This Glen Cove locations is lovely; beautiful murals and great vibes. I was shocked and sad to see it so empty on a Saturday evening! I hope more people give this place a chance because the food and service is great! This was our Shared Menu (plenty for 2ppl, and we had leftovers): -- Water Buffalo Momos w.Chili Sauce (8pcs/$18): the Momos were tasty; the meat was very lean. I would skip the Chili sauce next time. I didn't like the sweet and sour taste of the sauce, so next time I'd like to try the steamed Momos with Johl sauce instead. -- Choila Roti "Not a Taco" with Jackfruit (2pcs/$12): Not a Taco but similar to a taco. This was delicious and I'd get this again. We choice the Jackfruit version but they also have a chicken version. -- Masala Wings (Sauteed wet version) (4pcs/$11): I remember really liking the wings when I was at the Ridgewood location but couldn't recall which wings we had. On this visit, we had the wet version which was good but I realized that I like their dry version better. -- Grilled Lamb Chops w.Timur Sauce, Veggies & white rice (2pcs/$25): Surprisingly, this was my least fave dish of the night. I normally love lamb chops but these chops didn't really have a nice seared taste to them. The texture was a little off for me. Also, it was very boney with not much meat. I would try another entree next time. All in all, a good meal! I found the large selection of appetizers more interesting than the entrees, and would have been happy just sharing a bunch of appetizers and small plates. This is an intimate BYOB spot, and it was completely packed when we arrived. The atmosphere feels cozy and authentic -- the kind of place where you know care goes into both the food and the hospitality. We ordered the chickpeas, cauliflower, and a mango lassi. One thing we really appreciated: they asked us what spice level we preferred. My wife doesn't like spicy food, and they thoughtfully prepared everything mild for us without sacrificing flavor. The chickpeas were outstanding -- rich, well-seasoned, and deeply satisfying. The cauliflower wasn't quite to my personal taste, but it was well prepared. And the mango lassi? Absolutely amazing -- creamy, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. Portions were generous, and the service was prompt and genuinely excellent throughout the evening. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. We ordered the chicken corn soup, shrimp and chicken fried rice, chicken Seekh kebabs, and the chilli garlic chicken. Across the board, the food just wasn't well balanced. Everything leaned heavily on being way too salty, way too peppery, and way too greasy, which took away from what could've been a flavorful meal. The dishes didn't have the harmony you'd expect, especially given the hype. While the service and atmosphere were fine, the food itself missed the mark. For us, it's a one-time visit, and we don't see ourselves returning. There are simply better options in the area that deliver on both taste and quality.
