The prices are reasonable and the technicians are great. They are open on Sundays Cons: not much Tinting is perfect for the person gun shy of micro blading. I did it and am still trying to fade the last of that tattoo job. Tinting is getting my toe back in. Originally I have very anemic brows. After an unfortunate Botox experience I have become overly sensitive to having a pronounced arch that will make me look like the obvious villain/kidnapper/evil ex-gf in a movie. The ability to go "heavier" or darker in the brow and still achieve a natural, groomed appearance is hard. The tech listened to me and did not go overly thin and we were able to come out looking very natural and not bad guy looking at all. I would have given this 4 stars if I had left feeling extra fabulous or some emotional experience. It might have been my fault for putting emphasis on looking natural and hoping to come out looking a little more "done" up. This visit basically just met expectations nothing exceedingly awful to say. But nothing exciting either. I'm sure this place is a perfect alternative to European Wax Center all the way in Nashua. I found this to be very disrespectful to accept and confirm an appointment and then change the technician at the last minute. The reason given for the change is "I won't be in that early", if that's the the appointment should not have been confirmed. A schedule is provided on your website allowing a customer to choose who they would like to service them, to undue that choice is horrible customer service. Respect your clients - I will not be back.

With a busy schedule, sometimes same day service is needed and I'm glad SMN can accommodate! I didn't want to wait so I went to SMN this time. I've been to SMN a few times since my initial review and the two times since my initial visit there was no skin broken/bleeding, but unfortunately today there was. I have sensitive skin, and skin is drier in the winter, but I've never had the skin broken when I've done waxing. The aesthetician put a salve on it to heal it quicker. I also signed up for a Bikini Extended and it was only a little more than the bikini area. When I told the aesthetician what I was looking for, she removed all the hair in front like I usually have-- I asked her what to request next time and she told me to request a Brazilian. She didn't charge me for the extra hair removal which was very nice. At the waxing center where I usually go a Bikini Full ($47) removes all the hair in front. A Brazilian at SMN is $60, so from a cost perspective, it seems like waxing is also the way for me to go. I don't like to leave less positive reviews but I think it's good for others to know if they're considering sugaring-- I really want to like it but so far it's been very painful and broken my skin 2/4 times. Maybe it's a better experience for people with less sensitive skin! Update: the healing balm seems to have worked as there hasn't been any irritation/pain from the area where the skin broke. It was just very painful in the moment, but there's been no lingering pain, which is good.
