I chose the service provider that had been there 30 years so I thought I would have no problems, but the colors is the exact opposite of what I showed her I wanted. I went in asking for a honey blonde warm balayage (left pic) what I got was almost platinum blonde (right). At the end of my visit, I asked for a blowout, she said "Oh of course, you have to end with a good blowout," then she got a curling iron and curled my hair. It's crazy I do not understand how this could happen, we watched videos of the warm golden blonde I wanted and she sounded like she totally understood and could pull that off, she could not. I wish salon professionals were professional enough to just say "That color isn't achievable for your hair/texture" or "We can't get you to that color all at once" or just say something honest. This also was a $369 service, so just not worth the money when you don't get what was discussed.

Very nice offer and the service was impressive. Upon booking staff added the service to my friend's appt booking instead of mine but when we pointed it out so kindly said she would fix it. Cons: Both arrived on time and we informed the staff of the steam shower booking that was supposed to be fixed and noted, but staff went on to say bc it was not in my account she could not provide it unless the next person didn't show up. No apology and no offer of any comp for the mix up especially since my appt was not till later. Asked her to mention the mix up to whoever scheduled us for awareness as I was very disappointed and could have arrived later. Minutes later staff said "oh the next appt is yours to my friend" then said staff showed us to the dressing area. Staff then expressed to me it was probably the owner who booked the appt and that she had no plans to tell her of the mix up bc of that. I thought just the opposite and that constructive feedback is important for awareness especially so improvements could be made. Staff explained that she now was able to allow me to use the steam shower and that we could use it at the same time. Puzzled, I explained my friend was showering in it now and probably wanted her privacy. Waited again before using the shower but if that were the case I may have just arrived later. Experience was very unsettling for me and it showed a lack of good customer service ability to problem solve in situations such as this. Understand that mix ups occur but disappointed in the way it was handled. No complaints about the service itself as this review is mostly for the front staff experience the day of arrival.
