Clean, relaxing, and inviting. We both got pedicures and loved them. My husband was in a bit of a hurry, so he chose the classic pedicure and was very happy with it. I treated myself to one of their special pedicures, and it was amazing. The treatment was so relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. I also absolutely love my toenails. They turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted. A special thank you to Marissa and Tammy for taking such great care of us. They were friendly, and did an excellent job. My nails look beautiful, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. The salon was clean, stylish and comfortable. Very welcoming! I was especially impressed by the huge selection of polish colors and types available. (I selected a cat's eye jell style. It's gorgeous!) The staff were sweet, attentive and professional, taking their time and paying close attention to detail throughout my walk-in. 1 week out - 3.5 stars. Prior id give closer to a 4 star. Brand new salon, everyone was friendly and professional. I came in for a pedicure and manicure due to an upcoming work trip. I went with the jelly pedicure and paid for an upgrade to the free manicure. My manicure lasted 5 days before my index finger color chipped and now one of my toes, the color lifted and broke off. I paid over $120. They were doing soft opening during this time, but the tech forgot the collagen eye mask that was included in my pedicure - I only realized after I left when I was looking at the menu again. During my pedicure when she used the tool to scrape under the nails, she went deep and it hurt like a mofo and it was the first toe! I held it in but it definitely lingered for a bit before subsiding. When I got home that toe was irritated and aching when I would walk :( I want to say the nail color chipped and lifted due to the tech not painting the tip of the nails and top coating it. Prior salons I've gone to would color the tips of my nails so you don't just see bare nails and it helps the color last longer. A pet peeve I experienced is that they don't disclose or label the gel color books. The black book is apparently for organic gel colors and cost an extra $20 to upgrade vs the $15. I would recommend they disclose this information by labeling or advising when it's being ordered by a client. read more

I stopped by NAMI Nail Spa as my very first stop after a long 4-hour drive to Las Vegas, and I'm so glad I did! I had been stressing out during the drive, especially about gas, and walking into this cute, relaxing salon instantly changed my mood. Jenny and Tammy were absolutely wonderful--so kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. All of the ladies here make you feel comfortable and taken care of. They even offer little extras like chips and cold water, which was such a nice touch after being on the road for hours! The salon itself is super cute, clean, and has a huge selection of nail colors and styles to choose from. Great service, great atmosphere, and overall such a relaxing experience.
