My experience was alright. They were nice just very fast n I wasn't thrilled with the lack of detail to the acrylic nails I had put on for my daughter's wedding. Barely lasted 2 weeks, they started falling off n the lack of detail is the side nails weren't smooth at all! read more

They were able to take me right in unfortunately I don't know the young lady who did my nails but she did a fantastic job in and out within an hour time. Went in to my usual nail salon and was unexpectedly turned away, they were fully booked through closing which was surprising on a Tuesday afternoon. I ended up doing a quick google search to find an alternative and came across Golden Nail Lounge (located near See's Candies in the Albertsons parking lot). I was immediately greeted and told to take a seat, it would be a few minutes. Shortly thereafter, Jenny came over to escort me back to her chair. She was kind, gentle and really did a nice job on my nails. We had a friendly conversation which was a nice change. The whole salon was bustling with laughter and conversation and I really loved the experience. It's a bit further from my usual spot but I will definitely make the trek because it is absolutely worth the effort. P.S. They are reasonably priced, salon is clean and nicely decorated and the jazz music playing provides for ultimate relaxing experience. read more

Came here after being referred by a friend. After visiting once I've been making this my go to for months. Builder healthy gel on hands has been my regular ever since getting it here my first visit. It's the only thing that keep my nails looking good for weeks. No chip doesn't seem to work on me anymore, this is the only thing which lasts. Earlier today I called and Nicky was able to take me right away. You're also able to request apts on their website too. The shop is clean, and well taken care of. There also never seems to be any toxic smells like some nail places have. Would recommend if you're looking for something that holds up on hands. read more

In town visiting my sister and needed a pedicure. The place is fine but would be better if they priced there services based on length of time. I expected to pay $73 for mani and pedi based on what the nail tech quoted me. Came time to pay I owed $98No explanation other than she didn't know the prices. I was in the salon for less than 45 mins including time to ask her to file my nails so they weren't sharp, ridged and crooked. She thought she was finished. It was at this point that I realized this was not going to be a job well done. I felt she rushed to get me out of the chair since there were 3 other people waiting, even though I had made an appointment. The massage chairs are terrible, and understood why the two people in chairs next to me didn't have them on. Rolled low and hard on your back even if you adjusted. the machine. If there is a next time, and I needed a quick and fast pedi, I'd ask for the $33 basic pedi. I wonder if it that would be a 15-20 minute service? Do not recommend. read more

Very bad experience. First of all, the place is dirty and their instruments look dirty. They used an old strawberry jam container to put nail polish remover in and used it on my nails. They also only put one coat of color on, and if I asked if she was going to put another she just said no. No base coat, and the top coat was too sticky. It already started to chip later the same day. Overall, I will never come back here. It's dirty, poor quality, and there are so many other great nail salons close by. read more

Worst manicure I have ever had. I requested pedicure and gel manicure. Manicure was horrible. Gel polish was way too thin (too much adding acetone to the bottles) and not the same color as shown on the swatches. Tech put too many coats on my nails causing my nails to throb. So thick and looked terrible. Also, for a $45 Gel Manicure I expected my hands to be moisturized and messaged. NOTHING! Not even lotion. Came home took off all the polish I spent a lot of money on. Went back with my own polish, no gel this time for them to re-polish. Came home again and had to remove all my nail polish again as they got ruined. No fans or anything to help dry natural nails and nail polish. I was so disappointed with my service I won't ever go back!! Spent almost $200 and tipped well. No apologies, no credit for not getting gel after the first disaster. Ruined my day as I pretty much spent the whole day doing my own nails after supposedly paying a professional to do it. Not sure what has happened to this salon as I've always liked it but not anymore. read more
