I used to love visiting this establishment, however....... This business has been sold. There is a new remodel which is very nice. They offer all new stations for nails, pedicures, and some other services. Confusion started when I called and asked if someone would be available in the next half hour. I asked for Jenny (prior owner) and the lady said she was Jenny. The voice was different but I accepted and headed to the business. Confusion was the order of the day and I do not like change. Everything was different including the prices that were higher and I was unhappy with the whole experience. Won't be back. read more

Terrible experience!!!!!! Nail technician needs to ensure curing light is functional and not project negative attitude towards customer. Also, she needs to improve her customer service by being more gentle not rough when handling customer's hands while applying nail polish. She also needs to ensure her products are good quality, clean, and not expired. My nail service took longer than expected-almost a 2 hour gel fill service. I did not have a pleasant experience. Not sure if I'll return. Need to look for another nail salon that offers better customer service!!! read more

We have been coming to this salon for a few years, today will be our last. We made appointments online for 4 of us. I called to double check they received the appointment request as their scheduling system is a little confusing. When I called the woman assured me we had our appointments. When we walked in, I noticed it was quite busy. There were 4 pedicure chairs open and I double checked with the gentleman at the desk of our appointments. He was jotting down each service I had already scheduled. He said yes we have appointments but he was late today and updating something. We all sit in our chairs. One worker started my pedicure while the my husband and kids waited. During my pedicure, my girl moved over to start my daughter. At this point the three of them were waiting over 30 minutes. My other daughter and husband now have cold water for their pedicures. It was one full hour until my other daughter was able to start her pedi. We should have been told there was an issue with scheduling when we walked in. Our time is just as valuable as theirs. If we had been told we had to wait an hour for all of us to start, we would have left and gone somewhere else and probably would have come back another day. But this will be our last visit. It is unfortunate because there are a few of the nail techs we like, but today there was no respect for us as loyal customers. There are nail salons on every corner, we will find a new one and let our friends know the service we received here today read more

I was visiting my daughter and granddaughter so we decided to get a pedicure. They do take walk in but I would recommend making an appointment. They have a smaller chair for children which was fun for my granddaughter. They do offer drinks with the service...water, tea, margarita, or champagne which is nice, only thing is they don't ask if you need another drink. They have different types of pedicures so we did get the hot stone & 10 min. massage. I guess I used to my girl that really gives me a great massage. This massage was just so so and I'm not sure it was an entire 10 minutes well at least it didn't feel like it. But it was a nice pedi. Sadly my simple gel nails didn't even last 2 days. I went Monday, and by Tuesday the first ones started chipping. Here we are Thursday and most are bad. Some places have see thru spots. I filled the worst one with paint to somewhat conceal it. I'm extremely upset as it's not a cheap service, the ladies and place are nice, and my mom goes often and is happy with the service. I have better luck painting them myself and lasting a week. read more

Just had my lashes done and I love them! Chrystal is awesome! I've tried a few lash technicians in town and either they do not call back or they give me lashes I can't even see. Chrystal is very knowledgeable about lashes. She's super responsive and she gives me a natural look that is the perfect length and volume! The customer service was great at check-in/out and the discount for new clients was a nice touch. I'll definitely be back! read more

Came here with my husband for a couples pedi. He wont come to my nail salon because he got hooked on this place from the previous owner that he did business with. I see why he really likes it so much. They provide such a good pedicure, even the standard pedi was way more than my regular tech does. They offer a complimentary champagne or wine with service too. I love how the salon is modern designed and very big. The whole experience makes me think about leaving my current salon of 4 years. My salon has high prices too (about the same as this but at least they offer more and it looks nicer). I couldn't help but compare. I will update again, as i plan to give them a try with nail dipping next tome (i am picky about that and not every place does a smooth job.... So we shall see). So far this place was fab! read more

My grandma and I have been coming to this salon for years now. And have recommended several friends to come here. We come every three weeks for our services. We had an appointment to get 2 pedicures and 2 fills. I sat with my feet in the water for at least 40 minutes before someone approached me. She did not even talk to me during the pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I've gotten at this salon. My grandma got her fill and she asked for almond shape and the nails looked like crooked circles by the time she was done with them. Then, the same girl came over to do my grandmas pedicure and she was watching a movie on her phone the whole time with AirPods in while she was doing the pedicure. It was so rushed and the service was awful.. I did not even stay to get my nails filled because we were so unhappy with our service. I understand there is new management but there is no excuse for this. We will not be coming back to this salon. read more

My pedi is a full service nail salon in the southwest area. My pedi is a huge nail salon and they have a variety of services to offer. They also offer beverages while you are getting a service like a mimosa or water which is a nice touch. My nail tech is Ngoc and she is the best. She always does a good job and she is talented. I get intricate designs every time on my nails and she always does a 10/10. Ngoc always knows what colors to use as a base to make the design and my nails *POP*! They are pretty pricy but I never have my nails chip and it lasts for weeks without a chip or crack. My pedi is a quality spa! The owner is always there and cares about her business. I always get compliments on my nails! I would call and make a reservation if it is on the weekend, they do get busy. Service is always good and I highly recommend. read more

But I guess your not going to address that. It's ok I took my business to another salon that answered the phone professionally and answered all my question, made an appointment with open arms. Was looking to get my daughters nails done for her first day of pre-k. I wanted to confirm they do nails on 3 year olds / make an appointment for myself, daughter and mother in law if they did. The lady that answered the phone was rude right off that bat. I let her know I was looking to bring my daughter and asked if they had an age limit. She rudely said "we only do it if they sit still" thrown off by the rude answer, I let her know my daughter is 3 and asked if there would be any issues/let her know that it wouldn't be an issue with her sitting still. Again she rudely stated "only if she sits still but we don't have any more appointments today" I kindly let her know it was for next week. She didn't seem interest in making the appointment as we sat there in silence for a good 30 seconds before she said "okay?". I then asked if my daughter would be required to wear a mask. She snapped at me and said "it's safer if she does" in response I asked again if my 3 year old is expected to wear a mask in their facility. Again she snapped "it's safer if she does!" I was not asking if it was safe for my daughter or not I was asking if they were requiring a 3 year old to wear a mask but I guess that was too difficult to answer. I get it, there was a lot of background noise and they were probably busy but that is no way to treat a potential three clients. We will be taking our business somewhere else. read more

I went only to get my eyebrows done. The business is clean and staff was very nice. Unfortunately the lady who did my eyebrows wasn't properly trained or something because my skin was ripped off! I'm disappointed, it was not a good $15 spent plus $5 tip... Going to have to deal with this healing process for a while now so this is not fun and also hurts. It's hard to sleep because the skin burns when it touches my pillow case. Not happy at all! read more

The only reason for the extra star is the girl who did my nails is sweet and meticulous in her work. Customer service is poor. They made me wait over 20 mins when I had an appointment and didn't bother offering me one of their long list of " complementary" beverages. They weren't even busy the time I went. Few women were just sitting around. Another star deducted is the big jump in their pricing. But they haven't updated their website. Also many of the manicure tables aren't clean. I've been there 4-5x now and it's always the same dusty disorganized tables but I wasn't gonna submit a review over one negative thing but now it's 3... read more

What a consistently fantastic experience. This is my third visit. The staff is considerate, kind, and patient. The prices are incredible and the results last weeks. I love having the colors on the sticks so I can pick the actual colors instead of guessing based on the name and looking through the bottle.
