I come here to see Lily and loveeee her. Her work is amazing and I genuinely love coming in to catch up with her. The appointments go so fast bc it's like talking to someone you've known forever. As long as I'm in Vegas she will be my nail girl. The place is clean, everyone is friendly and booking is easy. Also you never have to worry about parking bc there's plenty of open spaces even with the other businesses in the plaza. I came to Vibe Nailz for a gel manicure and pedicure with a 2:30 PM appointment. I arrived around 2:15 PM, checked in, and was greeted kindly. When I sat down with Khyia, she asked what I wanted for my manicure. I showed her an inspiration photo of round-square nails with a micro French tip--something I've had done at multiple salons before. Before discussing any alternatives or even looking at the design closely, she immediately told me she "didn't have time" to do a French and repeatedly insisted I could only do a single solid color. I told her that if a French manicure wasn't possible, I would rather wait and schedule my manicure for another day because that's what I had come in wanting. Instead of responding professionally or trying to find a solution, Khyia abruptly stood up, walked away, and left me sitting there. As she walked toward the back room, she continued saying she "didn't have time" without another word to me. I was left sitting there, confused and embarrassed, while she disappeared into the back. After several minutes and what sounded like discussions among the staff, the front desk employee came over and apologized for the situation. About 10 minutes later, another nail technician, Julisa, stepped in and took over both my manicure and pedicure. Julisa was the complete opposite experience. She did an amazing job on both services. She never made me feel like my request was unreasonable, and the final result was exactly what I had hoped for. The only reason I would consider returning to Vibe Nailz is because of Julisa. Unfortunately, Khyia's attitude and the way she handled the situation were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Being told "I don't have time" over and over when I had an appointment booked, then being abandoned in the chair without any explanation or courtesy, is not how a paying customer should be treated. read more

I'm just vibing because I had a dose of some much needed self-care at Vibe Nail Bar! So my usual nail place is closed until the end of January, and I was so due for a pedicure. Gals, you know it's winter, and not many flip-flops or sandals showing our toes time. I happened to find Vibe Nails down the street and decided to try them out. They had a lot of different nail services on their menu, and I opted in for an Ultra Deluxe Keratin Pedicure with Catelyn. Wow! it was a rejuvenating spa experience that included everything a regular pedicure offers and also a citrus orange scrub exfoliation, soothing lavender masque application, and a very nice, relaxing foot and leg massage. I loved the part where hot stones were placed between my toes and wrapped up. Furthermore, keratin foot socks were placed on my footsies and the service concluded with polished toes. I really enjoyed my experience at Vibe Nail Bar with Catelyn, and I will be sure to visit again for another serene spa experience. This place is amazing! I have never gotten a bad set here. Mica is official my go to nail tech. She kills the shape and art everytime. She always finds a way to do what I ask of her and also freestyles on days I dont know what to get. From hand painted anime characters to clean and cutesy, she does it all. The vibes in general are just great too. Everyone that works there has their own fun and unique personalities and they're fun to talk to. Nothing but good people here. I really wanted to like this place because everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming, but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. The nail techs were very sweet and polite, which I appreciated. However, they seemed very new and inexperienced. The service felt unsure from the start, and I noticed a lot of hesitation and overworking during my manicure and pedicure. By the time I left, my cuticles had been over-plucked to the point that my hands felt raw and sensitive. It was uncomfortable immediately after the appointment and only got worse once I got home. My big toes were also trimmed so aggressively on the sides that they now feel like they're becoming ingrown, which is both painful and concerning. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but I don't think clients should be practice runs--especially when it results in discomfort. I hope the salon invests more in training and supervision, because the staff is kind, but the technique needs serious improvement. read more

We both got Deluxe Gel pedicures and they were fantastic! The space is incredibly clean and organized and cute in a super easy to find parking lot shopping center. I went here on a whim since I was next door at the alterations shop. The place had a good amount of people, but they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in for a pedicure. The place was clean, modern, and they have a great selection of nail colors. Their nail polish appear to be good quality. My nail tech was Mandy and she did a great job. We had great conversation, she was very nice, and even explained an issue I had with my nails. It's nice when I'm able to communicate with my nail tech. The only thing I would've like to see was a longer foot/leg massage. I really liked her technique because it didn't feel like she was just rubbing my leg and feet like most nail places. Maybe it's extra if I asked for a longer massage? I don't know, but it would've been great if it was more than a minute. Overall, I enjoyed my pedicure here. Prices were reasonable. Great first experience! My salon in my gym was fully booked and I needed a pedicure fast so I decided to give Vibe Nail Bar a try. Location: This nail salon is located in a plaza with other shared businesses. Parking: There is parking available in the shared lot with other businesses. I was lucky enough to get a spot right up front. Ambiance/Decor: It is literally a "Vibe"! The decor is super cute and it is very relaxing. I am used to being served water or wine at my usual nail salons so that was the only thing I was missing here. My Nail Service: I came in for the deluxe pedicure and then later on decided to get an express manicure as well with regular polish. I haven't had a pedicure in a salon in quite a while so it felt amazing! My deluxe pedicure was $45 and my express manicure was $30. Nail Tech/ Customer Service: From the phone call of setting up my appointment to getting my service done, everything was fantastic. Malia was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and also made sure my nails and feet were perfect to my liking. The lady who handled the cashing out process was also very kind. The only thing I wish I would have known was that I could have gotten 15% off of my service and a complimentary paraffin wax had I checked in on Yelp so that is something to be mindful of if you're reading this review at the time that they offer this since none of the staff told me at the time of my appointment or check out. Overall: Overall, I really enjoyed my first time experience here and when I am in need of getting a mani/pedi when I am in the area, this will definitely be my go to and I'll be requesting Malia again. Called in and let them know I'd like design but was okay if they didn't have time but would Atleast. Need French. When almost done said she didn't have time for French so I said it was fine id go somewhere else. Let her know that if she would need to rush I really would prefer to have them polished somewhere else. She said she had time they were clearly rushed french isn't even and the nail shape is completely off. I am currently at another nail salon waiting to have shape and polish fixed. N when rubbing my finger over I can feel the un evenness of the nail. I wish they would have just left them unpolished so I could have them properly done now I have to pay to have them fixed which is not okay. You can clearly see in the photo the shape is off. I just wanted to give an update to recognize Lili! She always does a great job on my pedicures and manicures. It has been almost three years since my original review, and although I'm still not into acrylics, I do like coming here about once a month to maintain my nails. Lili is very sweet and awesome at her job. Trust me, her schedule gets booked up very quickly and I hate it when I have to reschedule. She is very detailed and makes everything look perfect! I'm so glad that I found her. It's great to not have to worry about how everything will turn out or wonder if my money will be wasted. Also, I'm not sure if Peggy still works here, but she is very nice and friendly. I appreciate that she always asks how everything went and if I would like to book my next appointment before leaving. Shortly after posting a review of my first experience at Vibe, I was contacted by their ownership/management to reconcile the issues that I had. It was apparent that they care a lot about their customer's experiences and want to produce quality services. They scheduled me in with Mica last night, who gave me one of the best full sets I have ever gotten. I was nervous to go in after leaving a poor review, but it was made clear to me that they really just wanted to make up for the previous visit - and they absolutely did. I wasn't uncomfortable and will actually make this my go-to spot moving forward. Mica is kind, and SO talented. The previous tech was also great, and I believe she is talented as well - perhaps I just caught her on a bad day or at the end of her shift.
