Her staff, ranging from the front desk to the physician assistants, tries their best and is the only saving grace for her practice, which is conveniently located across from Walt Whitman mall. They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.

She'll call you after hrs & always seems to be available. She's not a prescription writer so if you're the type looking for pain pills...she's not the Dr for you. My daughter came away upset, scared of her own body and sad. [11/16/22] Teen daughter said she'd give Dr. Yu another try (maybe she had a bad day). Second visit ended with her crying in the exam room and for a good 15 minutes after. Dr. Yu was condescending, rude, and Mean. She was completely clueless about the doctor she works for and could not give me any information. Whoever hired this girl needs to train her first before allowing her to answer the phone!! How is his doctor supposed to get any patients when the receptionist has no idea about what kind of doctor she is?
