Hands On Sweets told me they would make it exactly as I requested and there wouldn't be any issues and that's exactly what they delivered. They delivered to the party and laid everything down and asked if I had any concerns or if I was happy with my service. I ordered a cake, cookies and matching cake pops. Unicorn themed! Located on N Dale Mabry, in the same plaza as Burger 21, Peterbrook Chocolatier is open most days until 8 or 9 PM (except Sundays). This is very convenient for a busy person like myself. I rolled in around 7 last night, and was warmly greeted by Pam. I told her I was looking to get some gifts to show appreciation for some folks and she showed me the most popular items, and then gave me freedom to wander and collect. These folks cover so many things is chocolate. Potato chips, Oreos, Graham crackers, espresso beans, malt balls, raisins, gummy bears, toffee and so much more. They have a very large selection of ready to go baskets full of goodies for Valentine's Day, or you can have one custom made with treats you know your sweetheart will adore. They also have a case of beautiful chocolates you can have boxed (they have heart ones for the holiday!) and Gelato for a yummy snack. I bought a few extra things for myself, and I must say, the chocolate is delightful. I tried the dark chocolate covered candied oranges and they were fantastic. Perhaps I'm so to get on that bandwagon, i don't know. At any rate, my chance finally came up while I was going to FitLife next door (ironic, I know) and walked right in. The store itself is quite clean and spacious, colored with the same adorable pink as the box itself, which is a nice touch. You order from the kiosk when you first enter. Crumbl has a decent assortment of flavors, so it's not hard to find one that would suit your fancy. I zeroed in on the Pumpkin cheesecake (recommended by my twin has been to Crumbl many, many times, and not to mention how much I love anything pumpkin) and the Biscoff one. My order was ready within seconds of paying. The first impression I had upon seeing my cookies was--"Oh my gosh, I can't believe how big they are!" which i guess would be partly why these babies are nearly 5 bucks a pop. Being that they were so huge, I decided that having both cookies the next day would just be unthinkable, so I went ahead and froze my pumpkin cheesecake cookie, which you need to eat chilled anyway, and left me with Biscoff the next morning. It's bascially a Biscoff cookie if Biscoff were large and soft baked. It's actually great for breakfast, especially if you eat biscoff for breakfast with coffee. So far, so good. This morning, one week later, I get out the pumpkin cheese. It froze the whole week, and yesterday I took it out and placed in the fridge overnight, but it was all good. (It's recommended you eat this chilled anyway and my twin, my cookie correspondent confirmed this.) I did heat it up for ten seconds to just be sure I wasn't biting into a solid block of ice. The cookie was very good and held up nicely despite being frozen for a week, so just in case you can't finish your cookies, yes, you can freeze them. The cookie part was nice and soft with a warm cinnamon flavor despite the cookie itself still being chilled from the fridge. I really loved the pumpkin cream cheese frosting generously topping it with more cookie crumble. It was thick, creamy, and brought on all the pumpkin spice fall feels I've been looking for. I'll definitely be back, especially with knowing how well the cookies store. They offer different flavors each week, so I'll be sure to keep up to date with the website to see what I'd like to try next!
