Peach cobbler is a southern staple and one of my favorite desserts! So, when my sweet tooth gets going, I drive out to the USF area of Tampa to Peach Cobbler Factory. This isn't really a dine-in establishment - more of an order and take it to go, or sit outside at one of their two-seater outdoor tables along the entrance. If you eat it there, your order comes a la mode with a scoop of ice cream. But it was too hot outside when I went, so I was just picking up a peach cobbler order to-go, and I asked them to skip adding the cup with the ice cream scoop because it would melt by the time I got it home. The treat was every bit as delicious without it, but just know that it's included if it's something you want. The Peach Cobbler Factory is in a small shopping plaza, so there's ample parking and it's easy to access. So so yummy!! Ms.Sheila helped us and was incredibly lovely and sweet!! We tried some new flavors such as the New York cheesecake banana pudding and the red velvet banana pudding. Honestly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu but we really enjoyed our desserts! Super quick service and it was very clean and I loved the photo ops!! I was curious about the Too Good to Go App, so I decided since I was close to Peach Cobbler Factory, I would try it out there. I went on this app and ordered their surprise bag. It came with a smaller sized portion of peach, cherry, and strawberry cobbler and a sweet peachy tea. At first I thought these were pretty small but I think I like it, like a flight pretty much and for the price can't be beat. My faves were the peach cobbler and the sweet peachy tea. They are quite sweet, and at home I added whip cream on them. Peach seemed to be the least sweet, & I added water to the peach tea, and liked it more. The lady working was nice and offered me a sample of the southern savory cobbler. I chose the chicken and that was like a chicken pot pie. It was very easy and chill experience. Love that there is a flight option now! It came with a small side of ice cream. We did two cobblers which we enjoyed, and two banana puddings. The flavors are a bit misleading for the puddings as it's moreso a topping rather than the entire thing being flavored. There's lots of things to try (maybe too many?) and weekly specials. I love desserts. I wanted to try this one out. There's so many options to choose from. I think it overwhelms me. I don't even know if I chose the right choice for me. I literally changed my mind three times because they have so many options. I love how the dessert is warm and it does come with some ice cream. That's super fun. However, the flavor quality wasn't all of that. I got a peach cobbler, I think I'm more of just an apple person so I should've kept my first option for the Apple cobbler they had. But I figured I should try the peach since I'm at a peach cobbler factory. The workers were super understanding and kind and patient with me going back-and-forth between my opinions. I don't necessarily think I would ever go back here, unless a friend really wanted to. The sizes are definitely shareable. Two people could share one dessert! read more

SO happy I was able to visit this place in Tampa. I've been wanting to visit this place for a while know, and this past weekend was my chance. I came in with my daughter and were welcomed at our arrival. I tried out their Pumpkin Spice Banana Pudding and it was amazing. My daughter tried out their brownies and she feel in love with it. I got $8 brownie and wife got a $8 blackberry cobbler. The cobbler was awesome. Not sure on the price. My brownie was ok I got PB&J and it was not needed. I did not like the cream on top of it. I should have tried PB praline. I think if the brownie was hot it would be better. When we got there they had some LOUD music playing. not very customer friendly. Eh! It's just ok. Nice to come out and try as part of their grand opening but probably not a place I'd make a special trip. Grand opening appeared to be a success. There was a line to get in which flowed ok. The backup was definitely waiting for your order! Our entire duration from line time to getting our order was 1 hour and 10 minutes. They have few tables located outside and a small window bar area to sit to eat. Our original plan was to order the flight which gives you 4 small bowls of your choice cobblers and puddings however this option was not available during their grand opening. The flight is $16 versus $8 for the individual regular sized cups. I originally thought the ingredients were fresh but they are not. The fruit is from a jar, premade. I was a bit disappointed finding this out. We got the banana pudding and apple cobbler to share. My daughter got the cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll was good, just way too much unnecessary icing on top. It was like they took premade canned icing and smothered the top of the roll. The banana pudding was probably the best of the 3 although it doesn't need all the whipped cream on top. Also would've been better with fresh bananas on top. The apple cobbler was overly sweet but the cinnamon ice cream was delicious! I also got the peachy tea to try and YUCK, like drinking a container of dessert! It's waaayyyy too sweet! I'll add it to some freshly brewed tea as I make it as home to add flavor. Overall left disappointed. If you're into overly sweet and don't mind the lack of fresh ingredients then this may be just the right place for you. read more

I've heard plenty reviews from people saying "it's not my grandma's peach cobbler." And i want to first start by saying... duh. It's a chain restaurant. Lol The Peach Cobbler Factory tastes exactly like what you should expect something made in a place with "factory" in the name to taste like. The taste isn't offensive and it isn't amazing. The cobbler filling is good. The only thing I couldn't wrap my head around is if the dough/crust was crispy on purpose or if it was just a tad over cooked. I'd visit again to try another flavor, if I was on that side of town. But i wouldn't drive 20 minutes out of my way specifically for it. read more

The employees were SO NICE!! The cashier made my experience very inviting and friendly which eased my anxiety around ordering. They have a cute wall you can take pictures in front of too! I realllllly wanted to enjoy the peach cobbler, but I didn't :/ it was too sweet for my preference but it might be perfect for you! The snickerdoodle cookie is so good though. I wanna go back & try the rest of the desserts! We haven't tried the red velvet cookie yet but it's the same base as the snickerdoodle so I'm sure it's good. The cookie is soft and not too sweet. The Peach Cobbler is located off Fowler next to MOSI. Small space and the line was out the door. From the moment we walked in the door, we received an awesome welcome! Although the line was long, the wait time was minimum. I'm not a big fan of banana pudding, so I decided to try the Red velvet banana pudding. I didn't like the red velvet crumbles on top, the pudding was good. My friend ordered the blackberry- peach cobbler. After tasting the cobbler, I was tempted to order again. I stop by to try some cobbler. I initially made my purchase and it wasn't too bad inside but over the course of the wait which was pretty extended it got really crowded in that small space which was making me uncomfortable with all the Covid related things going on nowadays. The staff was nice. But the weight was a bit longer than I anticipated being that initially there were only two people ahead of me. My spouse enjoyed his caramel cobbler, mine was ok. The dessert place I didn't know I needed!! Conveniently opened 7 days a week, 12p-10p in the USF area, this spot is a must check out! I saw an Instagram reel showcasing the grand opening, immediately sent it to my Husband and Best Friend and here we are the next day . I couldn't help myself and got coconut cream banana pudding, complete w lil nilla wafers. If I was by myself I would have absolutely gone for a cobbler but as it was I got to try his peach mango cobbler and her strawberry peach cobbler. Win win! The strawberry peach had a slight edge for me. I would be infinitely grateful if they added a strawberry rhubarb peach cobbler to the menu, a girl can dream. Being a cobbler and banana pudding addict I had ordered from them several times in the past and always loved the whipped banana pudding and the peach and strawberry cobbler. They've expanded their menu a lot so this time I ordered they're six pack of bigger and better cookies. Is almost $10 a cookie expensive? Of course it is. But when you consider that each cookie is almost the size of a 10-in plate, the selection of unique flavors and that, at least for me, one cookie makes 3 servings I think it is. 3.5 to 4 stars. We came here on launch day and it was packed. Always a good sign when it's packed, which it was. The shop is small with some tables and chairs setup outside. Parking is ample when it's not top busy. The menu itself is fairly compact with cobbler, cookies, shakes, and pudding...all in an array of different flavors. Ypu cam also get a sweet peach tea, whole milk, or water to wash it all down. I ended up getting the peach cobbler and banana pudding. The pie is served with a side of vanilla ice cream and the pudding has whipped and nilly wafers in it. Both have great flavor ND reminded me of the OG clues and pudding from my younger days. The only thing is it's a bit pricey. You can get similar tastes at a better price. BuT, it's a nice option to have if you're looking for dessert and are in the area. I'd go back and I'd recommend that others try it too, at least once. read more

As much as I want to give 5 stars I just can't do it. The foodie in me won't let me and it boils down to this, it is decent peach cobbler for the fact that it is mass produced. I can appreciate the different flavors with peach cobbler it's a balance between crust, peach, and sugar. Wayyyyy to much sugar to where in my personal opinion the peaches are drowning and the sugar becomes thinker than syrup. I need to be able to taste the actual flavor of the peach, not just straight sugar and butter with a hint of peach and whatever other flavor was added. All in all it might be that perfect taste for some people out there just not me. Still go try them for yourself, but I personally feel I can go to Publix and buy a frozen cobbler and it come out the same way. read more

Recently saw a friend post on social media about this spot so decided to try it out while in Tampa. Little did we know though that it was opening weekend, so we legit waited in like almost an hour just to order. I placed orders for my entire group so overall had about 12 different menu items. My sister and I ordered a couple of things to try to go and we were not disappointed! My sister got the peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream and said it was warm and the peaches sweet. I got the brownie and it was good but a little dry. We decided to split the Nutella cinnamon bun and that was the true star of the show. It was so moist and soft. Tried a cherry cobbler shake this evening and it was fire!! Little crust pieces on top! The staff is great. One time I received a cobbler that wasn't quite the same- too much crust the inside is small but speaking clean and cute. I think I came on the wrong day because it smelled like spoiled milk and sugar inside. Even the workers in the back had their faces covered with their shirts. I tried this chain in Savannah and was excited when I accidentally saw a Tampa location. Got a little carried away and ordered a vanilla Cinnabon (not at all flavorful), strawberry cobbler cookie(tasty but very sweet cream), peanut butter praline cookie(delicious), and bourbon pecan banana pudding (best tasting item).
