First , Door dash requires you to hand the item to the employee after they show you the phone with the customers name and then take a picture no where does it say in door dashes terms and conditions that I must take a picture first I understand theft can be an issue but to insinuate I am a thief and make me feel discriminated against was such a evil thing to do. I was simply trying to do my job I still was discriminated against and harassed by this young lady. The entire interaction felt discriminatory, hostile, and deeply upsetting. The employee appeared more focused on covering herself than telling the truth, and the management handled the situation without fairness, professionalism, or compassion. Seemed a tad racist , It is heartbreaking that on Mother's Day, I left this establishment in tears feeling completely devalued and unwelcome.
