Ordering to go was fast however they don't take credit cards. And the fact that no where says it online or on the phone is a issue. I went to pick up my food and she said they don't take credit cards I said well okay let me run to fry's and get cash well she wouldn't give me my credit card back not only is that wrong I believe its a law that they cant keep my card which is my only source of money. I will defiantly not be going back. Forget this place their crooked. read more

When I walked in at 8:10 in the morning and the place was empty it should have been a sign. But no worries decided to have breakfast. Greeted nicely, hosted was very friendly. My order was taken promptly, and I received my coffees right away. I my order was simple. 2 eggs over easy, with two sausage patties, and an English muffin, I asked for a second muffin and a slice of cheese put on my eggs. When delivered there was more oil on my plate then eggs, the sausage was petrified meaning over cooked the hash browns were under cooked and I got the cheese on the side. They only brought one English muffin which by the way are 50cents more than toast which is a first. When I decided I better at least try it well the eggs were over hard and I stopped there. I informed the server that I was not satisfied with my meal, she apologized took it away and brought me my check. Remember I never actually ate any of it. Check was just over 20.00 dollars. I left the money on the table and said have a nice day and went to McDonald's which by the way is the same every time. And the total was 7.00. Better choice! So I tried them again today and I have to say I had a very similar experience. Theeir Cheddar cheese in my omelette was sliced American. The Red Chile was obviously out of a can. The ladies here are nice, however they never answer to a complaint. They are like the stepford Wives. This next part is truly just a pet peeve of mine. They charge to use a debit card. 1.00 for Visa and 5.00 for a MasterCard . They know as business owners that there are chargers associated with accepting these cards. Is they are going to charge for themm they should just roll the charge into the prices. Also if you look at the prices very high for a diner. You would have thought that was already done. Oh crap I almost forgot. During my visit we determined they can't make hash browns well done, and if you are a senior citizen and want to share a meal with your spouse and or friend their I is a charge for it. Basically they are charging you for a seat. Also note that there were three different complaints in the 30minutes I was here. THe owners response was we don't want theiR business Inness anyway. This is a great great place for lunch a true hole in the wall. It's a hidden local favorite. The food was good and the portions are large.

I needed breakfast in the area and was expecting a standard diner experience. Cafe 10 is a *very* good diner. I had the eggs with green chilis & cheese and they were yummy. My hash browns were very crispy as requested (which is rare to actually get from a diner). The choice of spice bread instead of toast was a very nice touch. The servers were young and personable. I need to come back and try their cinnamon rolls and pie. read more

This place was cute and well decorated for Christmas. Very clean and nice service. My husband and I were camping close by so this place was close for breakfast. We got there early so it was quite, but before leaving it quickly filled up. The prices are great for the portions. I loved the option of not having hash browns with every meal. The food was hot and tasty. We will keep this place in mind the next time we go climbing in Prescott. read more

OK. First a confession: I have been using yelp for over 5 years and have never wrote a review....yes, I know, I have been a cheater! So today I am going to do my first yelp review! Why did I choose today? Because Cafe 10 is near my home, AMAZINGLY delicious and I want to see them survive and thrive. I have eaten here 4 times now. All of them absolutely delicious! First a little about the atmosphere...quaint small town feel. But let's be honest here....I would eat in a cardboard box in a dark alley if the food was good enough. This is that place. I have ordered the Cafe 10 skillet (the best, but be warned, has a spicy kick to it) and the breakfast wraps. Both have been prepared to perfection....not one bit greasy but extremely flavorful. My wife describes the combination in the Cafe 10 skillet as heavenly! A small warning though: They only accept cash or debit cards. Hint to the owner: get a credit card machine as well. Millennials have no idea what cash is. Can't wait to go back! read more

Although the environment is pleasant. I was highly disappointed after ordering food that there is a 10% tip forced for to go orders. How can you charge me for a service that I am not getting, for something that I am coming to your business and leaving with it. And in the end, my order was not complete. read more

Worst experience ever, we had to set our own table. We ordered hot tea and we got hot water without a tea bag and some honey. I ordered biscuits and gravy with hash browns and my fiancé two slices of French toast. Both orders came out cold with the hash browns being hard and obviously out of the pan for sometime. The biscuits in gravy were more like biscuits and water with the gravy having no taste. This used to be my favorite breakfast place but they will not be seeing me again after the poor service and food. read more

Fantastic place! The wife said her over easy eggs were "Perfectly Done" and my Chicken fried steak was on point! So heres the heads up, Its a small place that has been open for a short while that seems to be gaining a following simply because 3 things. Great food, friendly staff and decent prices. When we arrived there was one two top open. We did not have a wait but that will soon change as this place grows a following. The food was tasty but I ordered the French dip sandwich which is usually served on crusty bread but this was on something like a hotdog bun. A previous review said the beef was piled high and ours was not. The potatoes salad was like my mom's homemade but the coleslaw was excessively sweet. The server asked if we wanted dessert while we were in the middle of our meal, brought our check and then asked if we wanted dessert again. She also remove my plate with out asking if I was finished. Husband and I went for breakfast this morning looking for an alternative to our usual overcrowded and noisy downtown places. We will definitely be back, I'd like to try their lunch menu also. The hash browns are outstanding, I took a cinnamon roll to go but haven't tried it yet. The biscuits and gravy were also on point, eggs were perfect and the sausage was good too. The husband had the chicken fried steak, says it's the real deal, he could cut it with his fork. The cafe was well lit, spacious feeling and very clean; service was attentive and friendly. Our experience is usually good but today --- HORRIBLE!!!! The worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Our toast was burnt BLACK and cold. The waitress said, "I can bring you some new toast if you want it....." as if she didn't really want us to request new toast. I had to ask for my sour cream THREE times. I ordered the potatoes instead of hash browns. Got hash browns with my order. The same waitress said, "Um he said the grill is too full to make the potatoes" and offered no other options. One of our omelettes was missing the bacon -- which was the only issue corrected by bringing some bacon bits out. Horrible service today. No apologizes, nothing. At very least, she should have given us our drinks for free. I bet the owner would be mortified. Top that off with $1 service fee for using my debit card -- I will not be back. read more
