my nails are ruined.,.repeatedly asked for her not to drill file and didn't even have polish on. It will take at least 6 months to repair the damage. DO NOT GO!

So I came here and was totally pleased with the experience. Clean, attentive, digital sign in, really following covid cleaning orders. Honestly I would give them 5 stars. Soooo, 2 days after my visit 1 nail fell off. The next day 2 nails fell off. By the 5th day I I had 2 nails left. This was a full set!!!! NOT A FILL. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. My design was beautiful! A waste of money. I think in order to accommodate me because I walked in and they are working on appointments, they sent me to an inexperienced technician. As I read the other reviews I may (maybe not) go back and have a different person do my nails. Basically, come here at your own risk. I will update my review if I decide to return.

Went to get a whole full set and polish change for my toes, rushed me to get a color, wanted to soar off my old nails to get a new set and the lady just went straight to refill my nails which wasn't a big deal, she barely filled my nails was sloppy, told her to trim them down and ones she was done my nails weren't even the same shape, piece of acrylic is making my nail bleed, and they sent me out with my fingers full of dried gel nail polish like nothing.

Times and priorities change.... I decided to give it a try. I had my full back and shoulders done, for just over $100 not including tip. The appointment was easy to book online. Set up an account, book the time, you pay when the service is complete. I booked both services with Cassandra. She was superb! The girl at the reception counter was very sweet too. There were some parts that did hurt quite a bit, but it is over quick. Once the was is pulled off, the pain only lingers for a few seconds. She didn't laugh at me while I was spewing a stream of curse words every time a section was pulled. She may have had to go over some spots twice - sorry! The soothing gel treatment at the end really cools the whole area off. The whole thing was over in 30 minutes, maybe a little longer. Now I feel a bit less embarrassed taking my shirt off at the beach or pool, and no worries about the reactions when a woman touches my back. Definitely would recommend.

There was no awkward first time jitters. I went right into the butterfly position and she waxed every inch of hair she could find. I was so happy because she was fast and efficient and had a lovely disposition! The Manager at this location Fay Alili was simply the best. I was greeted by her welcomed in and she even went out her way to tell me about the new location and inform me about some products. I bought a few items and we chatted until my appointment. It was sooo refreshing! And they are dog friendly!! I found my new home and if I need to bring my dogter she is welcome!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and even offered me water when I sat down (I declined, but still appreciated it). Everyone was kind and made the environment feel comfortable. They suggested powder/dip nails, which I was open to, but I'll be honest the process kind of threw me off. They dipped my whole finger into the powder and reused it, which made me a little uneasy. I didn't see anything that reassured me it was being sanitized, so that part didn't sit right with me. My nail tech, Talia, did take her time, and I appreciated that she wasn't rushing. I also liked that they used a tool to make sure all the nails were even and consistent, that attention to detail definitely showed. That said, I wasn't a fan of some of their pricing and options. Charging an extra $5 just for coffin or stiletto shape feels a bit much, especially since most places include that. They also don't seem to offer or advertise more modern/trendy styles like duck nails. As for the final result... my nails honestly look like press-ons. It's just not my style, so I know now that dip powder isn't for me. Overall, the vibe and service were good, but between the sanitation concerns, pricing, and the end result not being what I like, I probably wouldn't come back for nails. I might give their pedicures a try in the future though.
