I have no proof that the owner has done ANYTHING that she promised to do or claimed that she had already done. So I feel that her word can no longer be trusted.

The massage itself was fantastic- the hot stones and essential oils were so relaxing. I was able to note that I am not chatty during my sessions and she was perfectly respectful of that. The pressure she applied was perfect and I was a pure puddle of relaxed goo at the end. They offer subscription programs that can be shared with friends. The next appointment that I had unfortunately my infant was extremely sick so i attempted to cancel that morning - I wasn't expecting anything beyond the cancelation and was even willing to pay for late cancelation, so that wasnt the issue - it was the rudeness of the person who took the call and didnt even bother to be courteous and instead began to lecture me on how i need to respect staff (shocking after 3 reschedules by THEM 10 mins before my appointment). So again, nothing against their girls, and their products, and perhaps my experience was isolated but I am not interested in going back to them even though i have an active membership. I did find a better place since and am happier with the results.

One thing they could improve on is for the masseuse to ask you about any parts on your body that may be sensitive or need extra attention, but other than that, it was enjoyable.
