Ate breakfast here after reading all the outstanding reviews on yelp. It is a small restaurant. Best time to get seated is 11 am, Just after breakfast but before lunch. I ordered two hard scrambled eggs with cheese, home fries, sausage, and a biscuit. Best home fries I have ever eaten. Husband and two friends had the Southern comfort bowl. Off the beaten path but worth the trip. Small'ish diner with super cozy and friendly vibes. Simple menu with all of the basic breakfast items - perfect for when you just want a good bite without all of the fancy stuff (and fancy prices). Service (6/5) - everyone was super friendly- even the servers that weren't waiting on us. Food (4/5) - nothing spectacular- everything just tasted good. Went here for the 1st time on Wednesday February 12th 2025 with my parents for a bite of breakfast to eat. This is near our new home. We parked, and while the parking lot is a bit tight, we managed to park. We then walked in and was greeted by a smiling host. The host sat us down at a table. Note- they only have tables and chairs at this location, no booths. The tables also are close together, to probably accomodate for the tight space since it is a small place. Loved the decor there though. Our server greeted us right away with southern hospitality. For drinks, we ordered 2 coffees, and I ordered a chocolate milk. We also learned that they serve breakfast and lunch here. We were given time to look over the menu a bit. Kudos to the waitress who checked on us constantly, and made sure we were great! For breakfast, I ordered the small size of a short stack of pancakes, which was 2 pancakes. The waitress asked if i wanted plate size, but stuck with the small. My dad ordered eggs with a cinnamon raisin bagel with bacon and hash browns. My mom ordered an spinach omlet with hash browns. Food came out in a reasonable time frame. Enjoyed my pancakes, and my family enjoyed their food too. Oh, and had to use the restroom this visit. The restroom is a single stall, luckily was unoccupied when i had to use it-- and was clean. located right in the front too. Was given the check after we finished eating. This small restaurant is a find! If you see crowds outside it is because it is worth the wait. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Our server was fun and efficient. I love cafes and diners for breakfast and Nannie Annie's is a great spot for a good morning meal. The service is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and the get your food on the table fairly quick. When I saw that they had hash on the menu, I knew right away what I was going to eat. Their has is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Tons of flavor. The eggs were cooked nicely and I love their biscuits. They also have some delicious hash browns. I wasn't too impressed with the sausage as it was a little dry. Wife and I just returned from our yearly visit to the myrtle beach area. This time we stayed in conway and stumbled upon this spot. Saw it on the way to our airbnb. Could not have been happier! We were lucky enough to have a zero wait time for a table. Excellent lil mom and pop spot, with very friendly service and great food. Wife had the chipped beef and I went with the generic eggs, bacon and home fries. Wife says it was the best breakfast she's had in years. Very military friendly which we both appreciate! Next time we're in the conway area, we will 100% stop in for another fantastic breakfast. A friend of mine who lives down there says the lunch is great as well. Very wallet friendly too. This is a little diner on highway 90 outside of Conway , SC. I've driven by it everyday for 3 years coming to work and keep saying "I have to stop". Today I finally did and it was worth the stop. Simple, country breakfast food. I had a western omelet with home fries and toast. My wife had 2 eggs, grits, and hash browns. It was awesome and served with a smile.
