What a nice little corner spot. The hummus and the bread that's complementary given to you is so amazing that you'll fill up on it. That's what happened to me. I ended up telling the kitchen to box my dinner up to go. But it was excellent for lunch.The next day. My specialty is rating customer service. As I am mostly deaf and mute, it shows what kind of service and helpfulness they have. Normally I have to go to great lengths to communicate but this time they did. I immediately felt comfortable. I felt like some kind of celebrity honestly. And the whole time there's a smile on their faces and the look in the eye that tells me their sincere. Definitely a go to spot!! I'll be back. read more

Found out that this place serves dinner. I love this place for brunch. Went there for a niece quiet dinner. Food was really good and the presentation of the dishes was nice as well as the service. However I am giving few starts this time because the ambiance was not great. In the middle of our dinner, the servers were swearing the floor and cleaning the empty tables, spraying cleaners, ugh it was not good. The dinner experience went out of the window. You will not see us here again for dinner. Brunch however, is nice. But, if you are in the area, give it a try, you might have a different experience. Happy meals! read more

Our server was Sylvia and she was perfectly pleasant and attentive, never forgot about us being the only table outside, always had a smile and loved our pup!! Even the GM came out and chatted with us, gave us some history about the food and recommendations for our next visit. I've never seen complementary bread for breakfast but that's just another reason why this place is different..and it wasn't basic bread, it was a Turkish 'pita' that I'm pretty sure was made while we were being seated, served warm accompanied by olive oil for dipping. The roadtrip to Florida now needs to include Zeytin as a breakfast stop. Service was impeccable, seated quickly and our server got us waters and drinks pretty quick. We needed some time to look at the menu, there were so many choices. We ended up getting the bacon avocado toast with over hard egg and fruit bowl for the Mrs, the little miss has banana and strawberry Nutella crepes. Big Junior got the Dubai dream pancakes and it was absolutely the best thing I tried so far this trip. Little Junior got the crepes with Nutella, strawberry and bananas. We added in some great beverages a latte flight; and some pistachio baklava matcha lattes. Ambiance was very chic and modern. Totally worth the drive to get here. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing. The portion sizes were perfect. Just the right side to feel content when you were finished. My son and wife had the lamb skewers. My other son had a pide and my dish was butter filled croutons with Gyro meat on top and a chef sauce. Would highly recommend them. read more

As we were heading out from a fun girls trip we stopped for brunch at Zeytin. The restaurant is cute inside and the chairs are comfy and all have pillows to support your back. We were seated right away and had really good service. Everyone ordered a variety of things and I got the cinnamon roll pancakes. Bread was brought out as an appetizer for free, which is amazing if you are starving! The food came out quickly and the portions were huge. We easily could have split a few things. The sweet items were really sweet, but still really good. We would definitely go back. read more

My wife and I have been to this place a few times now and it is one of our favorite places for breakfast/lunch in Myrtle Beach. Anybody and everybody that asks for recommendations on places to eat in MB is sent here by me. The service is always good and the ambiance is great. I love their skillets, the Sujuk here is really good. We tried the lahmajun recently and it was really good. We ordered it as an appetizer and I think I enjoyed it more as an appetizer rather than it being my entire meal. Now for the reason I send everyone here, the Dubai dream pancake stack is out of this world good. I promise you will not taste a better pancake stack no matter where you go. Best food of our entire trip was at Zeytin. Complimentary foccacia-like bread with olives and olive oil was given upon our arrival. We started off with the Cigar Borek and it was really good. It had hummus and taziki sauce to dip in. I got the Turkish Tea and it was served in an adorable little carafe. My friend got their Columbian coffee and said it was the best she had ever had. For breakfast, she got the Dubai pancakes. Omg drop everything these were AMAZING ! HUGE FLUFFY pancakes with pistachios and crushed baklava on top doused in their Dubai syrup. To die for and I wanna go back for these ! I got the Turkish Breakfast. The eggs were soft and fluffy. They paired very well with the cheese and Turkish sausage. It came with olives, cucumber & tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, and simit (a twisted sesame bread) served with honey butter and wild berry compote. I took a lahmajun for later as a to-go and was a bit disappointed in it when compared to others I had elsewhere. Also, I have never seen it served this way. Did they just throw it in the box ? This was thicker like naan bread instead of almost cracker-like. The bread to meat portion seemed off as a result. Overall, this was our best meal the entire trip and I'd love to go back again and again to try other things ! Those lamb chops are calling my name, for one and so many more items like the pide looked so good ! Service was great and the restaurant seating was very comfortable. Management came around at the end to ensure all was well. Wait was about 20 min. on a Sunday at 1pm. Definitely will return. Hours are 7am to 3pm daily. Friendly service and great food in a cute cafe. The menu is extensive with both American and Turkish items. Our waitress, Cheyanne, was attentive and knowledgeable, providing great menu suggestions. First visit and why oh why did we wait so long to try Zeytin's! We went on a Tuesday at 1pm, happy to have missed the traditional lunch hour busy time. Seated right away, within minutes our server, Cheyenne, greeted us and went over menu. We were brought complimentary pita with a dish of olive oil dip. It was delicious! I ordered the Harvest sandwich with fruit side. The bread was perfect crisp on outside with soft middle. Good amount of veggies and cheese. The side dip of tzatziki was delicious. My adult son ordered the Kofte, made with beef. He said every bite was seasoned perfectly, the spice blend was memorable. Can't wait to return and try more menu items! There was to be a thirty minute wait at 9:00am if we wanted a table, so our party of three decided to sit at the bar instead with no wait whatsoever! The decor is light and comfortable and was busy, but not loud at all. Sitting at the bar was a great choice because I was fascinated by watching the two baristas expertly pumping out drink after drink, without pause, the entire time we were there. Every one of the drinks looked more unique and delicious than the last. Our food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. The waitstaff was attentive and courteous. We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy with a 20 minute wait, which isn't bad. But it took almost 40 minutes on top of that to get our food. We were never given bread, despite multiple employees saying they would grab some; and our server walked by our table 6 times without refilling our waters. Eventually the food came and it was room temperature at best. I got the zesting skillet and the home fries tasted so stale and hard (like they were fried hours ago). The egg was cooked nicely, but the sausage was the only thing that had any flavor. I ate about 1/4 and just couldn't eat any more. The restaurant is also extremely loud. With it being busy that is expected, but add the music being very loud and the birthday tambourines really just kicked it up a notch. We chose this place for lunch/brunch quite randomly while we were passing thru Myrtle Beach. Had one of the best experiences of all our road trips. Tried their Avocado Toast, Cigar Borek and Falafel. Everything at this Turkish restaurant was done well! It is a fine establishment run well by its staff. The waiters were exceptionally attentive and aware if alergies and dietary constraints. The waiter even brought ice water in cups to the two dogs at the next table. The fair wax amaxing! Between the assortments of kabab dishes, doubai pancakes, and incredible deserts, this place had stuff for vegetarians as well. Everything we tried was done to perfection. Just know if you order fries as a side you will get a small bowl of home fries. The restaurant had a large indoor dining area, which was filled to capacity. There is also outdoor seating. There is low piped turkish music for ambience, which did not interfere with conversation. Loved our breakfast here last Sunday. The food, ambiance, and service were all outstanding. I ordered the pista baklava pancakes and they were delicious! The pistachio cream syrup was divine! My daughter had the halloumi egg and bacon Benedict which was also very tasty. The Zeytin Benedict was also loved by my son in law. The coffee flight was perfect for trying out the various latte options. We ordered full sizes of the berry matcha latte, lavender matcha latte, and the Dubai latte. All were fantastic! The complimentary bread was crunchy and satisfying as well. I can't wait to visit here again the next time I'm in town. Came here specifically to try their "Sultan's Stack" which is a "Dubai chocolate" pancake twist. I was slightly disappointed because as you can see in my second picture, it did not look like the picture I was expecting. I was expecting a chocolate/pistachio cream dessert and when it came it was just chocolate with the SLIGHTEST amount of pistachio cream on like one pancake and the only way it had pistachio flavor is because of the pistachio nuts. The Kanfeh was barely there and I didn't even taste it. It was still good, but not at all how it is advertised which to me it needs to be called out. The menemen was really good and I would go back for it. The service was good and I loved the decor and that the restaurant was clean. Always great service, friendly and efficient. And the food is always wonderful. I've tried both the crème brûlée French toast and the southern breeze French toast. Although both sweet dishes, neither are overwhelmingly sweet. The fire roasted peaches and caramel sauce on the southern breeze is perfection, and the crème brûlée French toast has a bruleed sugar crust that makes it perfect along with the fresh berries. The homemade focaccia with the olive oil and balsamic is so good-for us, it would be better at lunch or dinner. The inside is beautifully decorated and is always clean and inviting. read more
