After a month of having our Car and being very Patient about the delay of this Insurance we ended up using our Insurance Progressive and Michael was wonderful about the delay and very communicative. On top of all of that they ordered a "Lift" to take my husband to get a rental car. The best part of this whole experience is that our Car looks like it was NEVER HIT!
