I purchased a battery for my motorcycle at the Napa in Waynesboro, however they sold me the wrong…read moresize. Since I was going to Augusta, I exchanged it there. They gave me the correct battery and charged me extra money. However, 8 weeks down the road, the battery wouldn't even hold a charge. When I tried to return it in Waynesboro, they pointed out to me that the battery was 2 years old. When I called the Augusta shop they claimed they had no record of my sale and unless I could find my receipt there was nothing they could do. Now I'm out $200 on a battery that didn't even last me 8 weeks because when I exchanged it at the Augusta store they exchanged for a battery sitting in their stockroom that was 2 years old.

The timeline was off by a day and I had to reschedule my appointment, but I got what I needed. The staff was nice and offered suggestions on local auto mechanics, which I called but never got back with me. Not sure what that was about. If you're looking for reasonable parts, this is the place. My father-in-law needed some help so I met him at the Greenville Laurens Rd NAPA store today. The manager saw that he was struggling due to some health issues & she came over and personally took care of us. Jennifer was her name and I am giving her a big huge shout out for the excellent customer service that made my father-in-law feel-as he put it, "alive again". He said this is the first time in a long time he has been treated with respect and was treated in the manner in which he was brought up as a child. I understood exactly what he meant because that is how I was brought up and it was so refreshing to have the customer service that we received today. I'll be calling corporate and letting them know as well because employees like this keep stores open especially when there's so much competition these days.
