When I pointed out that the procedure for making such returns is clearly printed on the box and that the warranty was still valid, he claimed that my transaction wasn't in the system. When I pointed out that the original receipt proved that the transaction took place, he reiterated that it wasn't in the system, and as such, I "didn't exist". The associate became irritated and condescending because i asked if i had to give all the information i had previously gave. With a arrogant response she stated " thats what i just told you". This was after calling back and getting the vin and other information requested to insure the correct part was purchased. After the second conversation I decided my business was'nt worthy of her time or patience to assist me while at the same time i was attempting to take care of my customer. Needless to say convenience or pricing would not deter me from going elsewhere going forward. A thorough diagnostic process should begin by confirming the basics, especially when that information was provided upfront. Additionally, your diagnostic did not identify a faulty fuel injector as the cause of the issue. The person I spoke with on the phone specifically stated that checking the fuel injector would be the next step in the diagnostic process--not that it had already been confirmed as the problem. That directly contradicts what you stated in your response. You also stated that repair shops do not keep replaced parts to show customers. That has not been my experience. Every dealership and independent repair shop that has worked on my vehicles has either offered to show me the replaced parts or kept them available until I picked up the vehicle. It is a common practice for shops that value transparency with their customers. At this point, my concern is not just the repair itself but the inconsistent explanations and lack of accountability throughout this process. Rather than addressing the issues I raised, your response contains inaccuracies and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a repair facility. I see that your name also appears more then it should on the bad reviews for this establishment. Being you're listed as the business manager, I would've thought you'd actually take the time to do your research before posting a response.
