When I brought the vehicle back for a car wash to make it right, they ended up scratching the fenders. When I addressed the issue, the workers were dismissive. I followed up with Jason, who helped me with the purchase, and he confirmed the scratches were not there at the time of sale. He rubbed oil on the scratches and said he would follow up with a list of recommendations to "cover" them up, but I never received any follow-up. I'm very disappointed with the lack of care and accountability after the sale. I expected better customer service from a reputable dealership.

That service writer fumbled around trying to find the correct extension to transfer me back to Mercedes. After several minutes, he finally came back on the line and transferred me to someone over at Mercedes (presumably) but it was a voicemail. Left a message but after 45 minutes, I called the dealership back again and asked to speak to an AVAILABLE service writer. She simply just transferred me and I got another voicemail. Forget it Palm Springs Mercedes Benz, it's not worth the aggravation working with you guys!! I called Mercedes Benz of San Diego. They answered the call right away and I was able to schedule service that works for me on my next trip down there. They've always treated me well in San Diego and should have called there first but Palm Springs was close to this home. I've not had much luck ever with Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. But being that I live in Coachella Valley, I was looking for a dealership closer to Home well.. They kept my car over 17 days. Did not fix the issue that I had. Took it to Ontario. They fixed it within two hours. Plus gave me a rental. A year later, I'm trying to get an estimate for a windshield repair. I was sent to voicemail over 6 times! I finally get a call back from a Jessica ( great customer service by the way) who tells me she will send me over to service dept. Talk to them and he tells me Mercedes does not have any windshields either here in United States or Germany. Called my advisor from Ontario. They have my windshield in stock and will be replacing it next day. Wow... I will be taking my business to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, where they go above and beyond to help
