Napa in Indio is the reason why I been going to Car Quest for 22 yrs.. napa ur last on my list when it comes to looking for a part.. I'll call Autozone before I call napa.. Napa employees are rude and arrogant! About 2 weeks ago, I walked into Napa looking for some washers.. the guy kinda argued with me about what they came off.. I know what they came off cuz I took them off.. after about 15 mins he finally found some.. I really didn't care about the arguing on what they came off. It's what he did. The total was 4 something. I paid with a 5 dollar bill and he puts it up to the light making sure it's real.. A five dollar bill?? I guess me walking in and just standing there waiting to be helped made me look suspicious.. Place has no dignity and respect for a customer that's been dealing with them for over 7 years. My neighbors always advised us too be careful with Napa. They don't give a damb about your time or value you when you walk in it's like they are not aware that your there but you are right in front of their faces. read more

Would give no stars if I could. Let me start out by saying I'm a female and I always have trouble at auto parts stores and Napa is even worse. I was helped by some guy named Mariano who was arguing with me every step of the way. Went in to get Duralast break pads and without asking the make and model of my car he said those aren't in stock nor do they fit my car. On top of that he was trying to sell me expensive headlights and brake pads that I didn't want or ASKED for. Ended up spending $190 in store only to see that they sold me USED brake pads and of course they were the shits he was very insistent on selling me. Huge thank you to Mr.Jimenez from the Palm Desert Location where he got everything squared away and apologized for the Indio store's mistakes. FYI don't take chances at the Indio store just go to Palm Desert store and ask for Rudy, he'll listen and get you what you need! read more

I know, who yelps a auto parts store? Most people yelp restaurants and the like right? This place needs a shout out. Can you say customer service? You can say it at the Napa on Fargo street in Indio. These guys put a whole new meaning to making you feel appreciated. The manager, "Jesus" and one of his associates "Manny" were running the place like a "well oiled machine" (pardon the pun) know doubt the rest of the staff had game as well. It's apparent that from ownership down to a staff member on his/her first day, customer service is priority and it shows. Bravo! read more

I went in to see if they had windshield wipers front and rear to fit my car. Bryan took the time to install the new front wipers and to try an locate the rear wipers in the Napa Auto Parts system, (which, unfortunately are unavailable through Napa).But all in all saved me quite a lot of $ compared to what the dealer had quoted. Not the first time that they promise to have a part for me after I paid for it a head of time and they tell me to come back an hour later. When I do three hours later the part was never ordered to come to this store. The store manager just stays quiet like an idiot and doesn't even apologize. How is my wasted time compensate dealing with this napa. Don't waste your time! read more

Never gonna buy from here again! They don't recycle used motor oil. I bought my diesel motor oil there and i took the used motor oil back there to recycle and they told me they can let me borrow a shovel to dig a hole to dump it in there. I am really disappointed. read more

Needed a battery for my old Cadillac. Called NAPA and the gentleman that explained the different types of batteries that would suit my car was extremely knowledgeable and professional. There was no need to shop any further as he gave me options between inexpensive, better and best. Jesus Morales is an excellent employee and a true asset to the company. When I arrived at the store (which is huge, by the way), Jesus was most willing to exchange the batteries out right then and there as I didn't have the proper tools. NAPA just got a new customer and Jesus Morales is the main reason why. Top recommendation! read more
