Was renting a camper van and noticed the windshield wipers were very worn, to the point of almost…read morescratching the glass. We stopped in looking for additional ratchet ties. The gentlemen were so helpful in giving suggestions, opening the packaging, and getting the ties ready to be used. We were still nervous about the kayak racks as they kept coming loose on the cross bars, so the gentlemen looked at the racks and gave suggestions on what they thought would help and even helped install the nuts on each bolt.
