The valet at the front is ALWAYS RUDE. I have never came to this part of the dealer and had a pleasant experience. This sucks because BMW for me is a better car, better drive, better everything. But having to deal with this service department specifically SUCKS. DO BETTER., customer service is important. I know two people personally that went to Mercedes and Range Rover after having to deal with this specific locations service department.
