Plans changed and I had to sell the car in about 3 weeks, I notified them promptly and politely asked to reimburse at least half of my $1000 deposit to make it fair for both sides, but they refused. The owner does not care about customer satisfaction and does a shady business practice as you can see. Stay away from this business and don't give them any deposit, or you'll be out of money if plans change.
