I was 1 quart low on oil so I ran to my local Advance parts…read more Grabbed the qt of oil I needed and went to register/counter. 3 minutes passed (I was the only customer in store) and no one showed up at register I called out to the back area and someone replied "I'll be right out" 5 minutes past and now the line behind me was pretty long I leaned in behind the counter and saw a man with a ponytail at a table reading something and said "hey man I have to get to work" and he barked very rudely "I told you I was coming " Then the phone rang and he took that call for about 3 minutes I waited another 2-3 mins but he never came out so I left. The millions of dollars your company spends on marketing and advertising are completely wasted when an employee such as this behaves like this This was 11:30 am on October 15.

It rang up $1 more than it was labeled. So I showed the employee behind the register where the item and price was. He said, "oh I can't change the price, I'm not a manager". Ummm ok. I had to buy them anyway because I needed them. They ended up not fitting so I went back inside. Passed the same 3 employees and wasn't asked, "hey you're back. Was everything ok?"
