Neither offered to help. 2 more customers came in store and one of the clerks helped both customers, the other Clerk did not. I thanked clerk as I left for his help which wasn't even a hello. So I left, went to Sam's. Purchased new battery which was the same as I was replacing. Old battery lasted 4 years. And $30.00 cheaper than Advance.

He helped us negotiate a good deal on our new used car and get a fair deal for our trade in. I wish the sales manager would have come out and introduced himself and worked with Alan and us to save some back and forth time. Zachary in the finance department was also very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us finish the process. We did end up adding on the warranty thanks to Zachary helping us see the value.
