The clerk was readily available so it was a quick and painless process. I didn't have the time to change the bulb so I had to wait when I got home. Once I got home to change it, we realized I had a few more bulbs out and the one I bought was wrong so went back to store to exchange and get bulbs. The staff are normally very helpful. The prices are sometimes a bit steep but it's cheaper in long run to do it yourself than go to mechanic. Overall I have a good experience and I hit up this store when I'm in need.

I wouldn't take your bike here for any service work. I took the bike in for its 1K service and it…read morecame out with the cluster lit up like a Christmas tree. I immediately took it back to them and all they did was clear the codes and send the bike back to me. The bike was still idling like shit and eventually died on me at a light. I took it back to them the next day and they had it for over a week. All codes I pulled from it were related to throttle positioning sensor, intake leak, etc. so instead of doing basic diagnostics, they immediately contacted Harley tech services, reflashed my ECM to factory settings (wiping my tune), and then retuned the bike on the Dyno. I then got the bike back and it seemed to ride fine for a couple weeks, but I noticed the idle was sticking at 2k(ish) when coming to a stop and it would just cruise without cruise control on and no hand on the throttle. This was causing my engine to get extremely hot and eventually caused my bike to die again at a light. I refused to take my bike back to southside, so me and a buddy found that my intake manifold was leaking BAD by just spraying some brake cleaner around the seals and it was fluctuating RPM bad and died. I sent the bike to Northside and they found the leak immediately and fixed it same day and tuned it. The fact that Southside had my bike 3 times and couldn't fix a simple leak issue, shows their level of knowledge. Very disappointing. I can say without a doubt, I'll be giving my business to Northside over southside and I recommend you do too.
