I needed to do an oil change on my car. I also needed to change my back brake light. I usually go…read moreto an auto parts store up the road from where I live. So I called down there to see if they have the part. They didn't have the item I needed. Well what do I do now I thought to myself? Then I remembered there was another auto parts store up the road. It was Napa. So I drove up there to get my part. Once I entered the store I've received a friendly greeting. I walked up to the counter and proceeded to tell the gentleman what I needed. It took a minute because he had to consult on his computer. Once he found the product he did something unusual. Instead of just telling me where the item was or point to the item, he walked to the back of the store and retrieved the product for me. Now folks I don't have to tell you what this is. This is a great example of what customer service should be! An employee going out of his way to help his customer. Needless to say they found a new customer and to top things off my nephew was with me and he loved the customer service too. Also there prices were competitive with the other store. Wrapping this up, this community could use a few more stores exactly like this.

I leave and about 2 miles down the road I hear an awful clanking sound under the hood like something is falling. I'm driving 55mph and the mechanics tools are falling from the engine bay off the road and bouncing up underneath my car. Six months prior I get a few miles down the road from leaving there and notice the car sounds funny and is accelerating oddly. To fix it I have to buy a new oil pan. There is other damage to another wiring harness that has caused my car to not run right. I recall when I had it here after they said they fixed and I was paying someone saying they weren't certified mechanics. It raised eyebrows with me for sure so I never went back to them. Now two years later I am having to pay for damage they caused.
