I'm a repeat customer and have the choice of many repair shops in the area, but I chose to bring it to Noblesville because it was convenient for me and they seemed to do a good job. However, I recently experienced a noise in my front end, which I thought was suspension related, and I took it to them, but the noise was intermittent and they said they could not replicate the noise but then they told me that I needed $4600 in motor mount replacement, so I paid that went on the road and lo and behold, the noise came back, so I took it back to them. Then I took it for a test drive with one of their technicians, and he heard the noise that it was making. and said it was no big deal, that they would figure it out. So then I left my car with them for two weeks, only for them to tell me well, we can't really figure out what's wrong with your car, but it does need $2600 for the compressor for your air shocks. then they then they said, even with this, it's still may not fix the original problem which you brought the car in for. Unbelievable, so now I have to take it to someone else to figure out what a wrong. What a debacle.

I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them.
