His intuition literally saved me a car payment this month! To top it off, he installed the new battery himself, no issues whatsoever. I called and was most impressed with Chris who was very knowledgeable and said he'd like to inspect my vehicle to verify that the upgrade was doable. After verifying that it was and giving me an estimate we set up an appointment to do the install. C & L's location is very clean and the staff extremely professional. In less than 90 minutes and at what I consider a reasonable cost, I now have a fully LED equipped SUV with much brighter and safer! C & L does all types of automotive repair and upgrades and I plan to make them my regular go to automotive service provider as my car ages. This review is explicitly about my first oil change (low miles, don't drive much). First oil change is free. I had an appointment. When I walked in, there were four employees working the service area at spread out desks. Not a single one looked up or acknowledged me. I stood in front of a random desk and said "excuse me, I'm checking in for an appointment." The young man looked me up in the computer and sent me down to Sheri's desk at the end. There was another customer standing there while she did things in her computer so I stood awkwardly in the vicinity while 2 other nearby service employees ignored me completely. When she finally got the other gentleman checked in (10 minutes, never offered him a seat) she checked me in. Never offered me a seat, said good morning, or used any sort of pleasantry that implied "hi, thank you got choosing us, we're glad you're here." She wasn't outright rude, just indifferent and had an air of being over it. I was directed to a frigid waiting room that has game shows blasting at full volume. 2 hours later, my car is finally done. The seats, mirrors, and steering wheel were moved, there wasn't any paper mat to protect the carpets, and it was wet like it had been through a sprinkler, but still covered in pollen. ‍ There are so many good places to choose from that offer timely, friendly and inexpensive oil changes. Next time I'll go somewhere that teaches employees basic customer service and respects my time. The free one was not worth it.

This location was very clean and accommodating. They had a great staff, vending machine, Direct tv to watch, a large waiting area with plenty of seating, the bathroom was very nice and it did not take long at all.
