Then he gives you a date and time, but can't do it when he promises. Then he drags you along for a couple of weeks, says he will work you in, then he ghosts you by not answering your calls. Meanwhile, your vehicle is getting worse waiting for the repair. There aren't many options in Key West, so I guess people just tolerate this. Definitely a new business model for me. I've run businesses for over 40 years. I can't imagine treating customers like this. He never worked on my car, so I cannot speak to the quality of his work. I won't be going back. My wife called from her phone and was told that it basically would be there when it got there. Other people in our party made reservations after us with other companies and were on their carts before us. Customer service was not good. You can find better carts for cheaper prices elsewhere. He was very gracious about it. We rented them for a week and it was a significant reason we had such a great vacation. At one point one of the scooters wouldn't start.
