Not only was I NOT greeted with so much as a 'welcome' or 'be right with you' but was totally ignored by the two employees I could see; neither doing anything that I could tell was in any way helping customers. I left the store but came back about 10 minutes later. Same attitude. Same treatment. Absolutely ignored me. Hector was one of the guys. I didn't catch the other name. This was at 6:00 pm. The store was open till 10:00, so it wasn't like I was trying to slip in at closing time. They were just not interested in doing a damn thing. Someone...the franchise owner or corporate...needs to provide a bit of customer service training. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel welcomed or to ACTUALLY HELP THEM. Got to this location, many customers standing in 1 line frustrated because the cashiers thought it was best to talk amongst themselves instead of moving the line along or having more cashier spots open. So trying to avoid the long lines by purchasing online was a bust! I only ended up right in a line with no choice than to wait for the staff to finish their chats. After about an hour, I made it to the cashier who left the station to 'look' for the online item. Another 5-10 mins passed. Got my bag and exited the door. Something said check the contents of the bag. Lo and behold- the wrong item was handed to me. So back inside I went. The idiot had the nerve to say I must get in line again.
